技术领域
本发明涉及用于平板显示器的安装系统,且更明确地说,涉及用于平板显示器的倾斜定位的可调整宽度的安装系统。 
背景技术
现代平板电子显示器的使其高度合乎消费者需要的属性是非常平坦的装置的美学吸引力,所述装置在从墙壁悬挂时具有带框照片或带框画的外观。此属性还因显示器所占用的占地面积和室内空间最小而为合乎需要的。

已开发了大量的用于平板显示器的墙壁安装装置,以实现显示器的倾斜和/或摆动定位。此类安装装置的实例(例如)在第6,905,101 号、第7,028,961号和第7,152,836号美国专利中得以揭示,所述专利全部归本发明的拥有人所有,且特此以引用的方式完整地并入本文中。已使用各种定位装置,例如基于摩擦的铰链、具有弹簧或其它偏置装置的机械联动装置,以及各种机械闩锁。这些基于摩擦的装置应足够坚固以托住相对较重的平板显示器,同时相对较容易操作,以便实现适当的功能性且为用户容易使用的。 
传统的基于摩擦的装置和机械闩锁的缺点是其通常无法由单个操作者来调整,以调整经安装的平板显示器的观看角度。明确地说,可能要求第一个人以正确的角度托住平板显示器,同时第二个人执行对安装装置的调整。向上方向上的移动通常要求操作者升举平板显示器的重量的相当大的部分。在一些例子中,操作者还必须克服定位装置的阻力。

发明内容
本发明大体上是针对用于安装平板显示器的设备、系统和方法。在一实施例中,一种显示器支架包含可附接在墙壁上的墙壁接口和可附接到平板显示器的显示器接口。所述墙壁接口的宽度可调整以适应不同大小的平板显示器。可将所述显示器接口定位在安装接口上,并进行调整以实现平板显示器的所要观看角度。所述显示器支架使所述 平板显示器能够在沿所述显示器的倾斜行程的任一点处自平衡,且避免所述显示器倾斜时所述墙壁与所述显示器之间的接触。 
一旦安装到显示器支架上,平板显示器就在有限的倾斜范围内自平衡。明确地说,因为平板显示器的定向是通过有限的倾斜范围来调整,因此显示器接口操作以使得平板显示器的重心沿大体上水平轴移动。因此显示器支架可用最小的努力来调整,且可大体上维持平板的倾斜位置。 
为了适应不同厚度的平板显示器(其在附接到支架时,可具有定位于距显示器接口不同距离处的重心),显示器支架的显示器接口包含可变间距调整器,用于微调已安装的平板显示器的旋转轴。尤其来说,可用可变间距调整器机构来调整正向定位且稍低于支架的显示器的旋转轴的位置。通过用可变间距调整器来适当地定位旋转轴,可使显示器的重心在倾斜时在大体水平平面内移位。调整可变间距调整器还可最小化倾斜期间墙壁与平板显示器之间的接触的可能性。

为了将平板显示器102定位于所要观看角度,可致动倾斜机构156。调整倾斜机构156的可变间距调整器196,以适应平板显示器102的厚度。由于平板显示器102可制造为具有不同厚度,因此显示器支架100的工厂设置可能没有为用户所购买的特定平板显示器102而优化。尤其是,已安装的平板显示器102的重心可能没有为倾斜调整而最佳定位。另外,从平板显示器102的背面到墙壁的距离可能没有使得平板显示器102的背面在倾斜期间避开墙壁104。根据本发明的实施例,调整可变间距调整器196可重新定位平板显示器关于其倾斜的倾斜轴的位置,以便使得平板显示器102的重心随着显示器倾斜而在大体水平路径中平移,借此使显示器变为在实际上任一点处自平衡。另外,所述调整可大体上确保平板显示器102的后部避免与墙壁104接触。本发明的实施例的优点在于倾斜机构156使相对较薄的显示器支架100能够完全调整平板显示器102的倾斜。显示器支架100 的实施例的厚度可小于1又1/4英寸,且优选厚度小于1英寸。 
参看图25到图26、图31到图33以及图40到图41,将枢转基座228在轴杆229处以枢转方式附接到上部滑片192的导臂198。将主要上部倾斜臂200的一端在枢轴231处以枢转方式耦合到安装部件130,而主要倾斜臂200的相对端承载可在狭槽208中滑动的轴杆233。次要上部倾斜臂202的一端通过枢转轴杆235以枢转方式耦合于沿主要上部倾斜臂200的中间点处。次要上部倾斜臂202的相对端在枢轴237处以枢转方式耦合到导臂198。如图40和图41中所描绘在支架的倾斜期间,轴杆233在狭槽208中滑动。所属领域的技术人员将了解,狭槽208相对于挂板150的定向影响支架的倾斜轴的位置。可用调整螺丝232来选择性地调整狭槽208的相对定向。通过保持托架(未图示)使调整螺丝232相对于保持板152的后部172B保持在适当位置。取决于调整螺丝232的旋转方向,致使枢转基座228朝向或背向保持板152的后部172B而平移。以枢转方式连接到导臂198的枢转基座228的平移使导臂198的底部的位置移位,借此致使狭槽208相对于挂板150成较大或较小的角度。如图42中所描绘,当用调整螺丝232来使狭槽208的定向移位时,显示器倾斜轴的位置也移位。最佳的是,可调整调整螺丝232以使特定显示器102的倾斜轴位置移位,使得显示器的重心沿大体水平路径平移,如图42中所描绘。如果经这样调整,那么显示器102将在不施加外力(例如支架中的摩擦控制)的情况下在任一点处维持其倾斜位置。 
在一实施例中,可变间距调整器196的调整螺丝232配备有对应于平板显示器102的各种厚度的标记或记号。以此方式,用户可调整可变间距调整器196,以用于在安装之前最佳定位平板显示器102。 所属领域的技术人员将了解,显示器支架100可包含额外组件来指导用户实现对可变间距调整器196的适当调整。 
可致动上部滑片192和下部滑片194,以使显示器支架在倾斜位置(如图2到图3中所描绘)与直立位置(如图4中所描绘)之间倾斜。在一实施例中,可通过在平板显示器102上施加力来致动上部滑片192和下部滑片194,所述力通常与显示器支架100安装于其上的安装表面(例如墙壁104)成横向。尤其是,当显示器支架100朝完全倾斜位置倾斜时,安装部件130在上部滑片192和下部滑片194上施加力,上部滑片192和下部滑片194可操作地连接到安装部件130,平板显示器102附接到安装部件130。 
由于上部滑片192和下部滑片194的配置,已安装的平板显示器102不会围绕支架中的已界定枢转点旋转。相反,已安装的平板显示器102的旋转轴向前定位且通常相对于下部滑片194的枢转轴杆212较低。 
在一实施例中,上部滑片192和下部滑片194的结构界定定位在显示器接口112前的已安装平板102的倾斜轴。尤其来说,参看图31到图33,主要上部倾斜臂200可旋转地连接到次要上部倾斜臂202,次要上部倾斜臂202又可旋转地连接到导臂198。参看图34到图38中所描绘的下部滑片194,用可在导轨216内滑动的紧固件215将安装接口连接到托架214。因此,连接到安装部件130的安装板接口210可围绕枢转轴杆212旋转,且可沿导轨214移位。 
当从完全直立位置倾斜到完全倾斜位置时,安装部件130的底部因此可稍稍向上移位,而安装板的顶部向外移位。参看图31,描绘当显示器支架100处于完全直立位置时上部滑片202的组件。参看图33,描绘 当显示器支架处于完全倾斜位置时上部滑片的组件。参看图34到图35,描绘当显示器支架处于完全直立位置时下部滑片的组件。参看图36到图38,描绘当显示器支架处于部分倾斜位置时下部滑片的组件。如可从这些图中所见,显示器接口114的倾斜并不严格限于安装部件130围绕枢转轴杆212的旋转移动。具体地说,尽管安装部件130围绕枢转轴杆212旋转,但导轨214也允许安装部件130的移位。以此方式,在平板显示器102的倾斜期间,重心大体上水平而不是弧形向下移动。参看图1B,重心U(其中显示器支架处于直立位置)沿大体水平平面移位到重心T(其中显示器支架处于倾斜位置)。另外,可大体上避免平板显示器102的底部与墙壁104之间的接触。 

Claims (19)

1.一种用于安装平板显示器的显示器支架,所述支架包括:
墙壁接口,其用于将所述显示器支架固定到安装表面;以及
至少一个显示器接口,其接纳在所述墙壁接口上,用于接纳和保持平板显示器,所述显示器接口包含:
第一部件,其与所述墙壁接口啮合;
第二部件,呈现其上用于接纳所述平板显示器的显示器接纳表面;
倾斜机构,其可操作地耦合所述第一部件与所述第二部件,所述倾斜机构使所述第二部件能够关于从所述显示器接纳表面向前间隔开的实质水平倾斜轴相对于所述第一部件而移位,所述倾斜机构进一步包含可变间距调整机构,用于选择性地移位所述水平倾斜轴相对于所述显示器接口的位置;以及
垂直高度调整机构,所述垂直高度调整机构包含上部升举件和下部升举件,用于使所述第二部件相对于所述第一部件和墙壁接口垂直移位,以移位所述平板显示器的安装高度,其中,所述第二部件直接附接到所述上部升举件,并且所述下部升举件被垂直调整而不是所述上部升举件被垂直调整,且所述下部升举件的有向移动导致已安装的所述平板显示器的对应移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的显示器支架,其进一步包括接纳在所述显示器接纳表面上的平板显示器,所述平板显示器具有重心,其中所述倾斜机构经布置以在所述第二部件关于所述实质水平倾斜轴移位时,使所述显示器的所述重心在实质水平平面内移位。
3.根据权利要求2所述的显示器支架,其中所述可变间距调整机构可操作以实现对所述第二部件关于所述实质水平倾斜轴的移位运动的选择性调整,使得当所述第二部件关于所述实质水平倾斜轴移位时,接纳在所述显示器接纳表面上的平板显示器的所述重心在实质水平平面内移位。
4.根据权利要求1所述的显示器支架,其中所述倾斜机构包括:上部倾斜机构,其具有滑动部件,所述滑动部件界定导引狭槽;第一对连杆,其各自的第一端以枢转方式耦合到所述第二部件,且第二端承载在所述导引狭槽中可滑动的轴杆;以及第二对连杆,其各自的第一端以枢转方式耦合到所述第一对连杆中的一者,位于所述第一端与所述第二端中间,且第二端以枢转方式耦合到所述滑动部件。
5.根据权利要求4所述的显示器支架,其中所述可变间距调整机构可操作以使所述滑动部件的定向移位。
6.根据权利要求1所述的显示器支架,其中所述墙壁接口的宽度尺寸是可调整的。
7.一种电子显示器系统,其包括:
平板电子显示器;以及
支架,其用于将所述平板电子显示器附接到实质垂直的表面,所述支架包括:
墙壁接口,其适于附接到墙壁;以及
一对显示器接口,其接纳在所述墙壁接口上,用于接纳和保持所述平板电子显示器,每一显示器接口包含:
定位组合件,其与所述墙壁接口啮合;
安装部件,其呈现显示器接纳表面,所述平板电子显示器的后表面接纳于所述显示器接纳表面上;
倾斜机构,其可操作地耦合所述定位组合件与所述安装部件,所述倾斜机构使所述安装部件和平板电子显示器能够关于从所述显示器接纳表面向前间隔开的实质水平倾斜轴相对于所述定位组合件而移位,所述倾斜机构进一步包含可变间距调整机构,用于选择性地移位所述水平倾斜轴相对于所述显示器接口的位置;以及
垂直高度调整机构,所述垂直高度调整机构包含上部升举件和下部升举件,用于使所述安装部件相对于所述定位组合件和墙壁接口垂直移位,以移位所述平板显示器的安装高度,其中,所述安装部件直接附接到所述上部升举件,并且所述下部升举件被垂直调整而不是所述上部升举件被垂直调整,且所述下部升举件的有向移动导致已安装的所述平板显示器的对应移动。
8.根据权利要求7所述的系统,其中所述倾斜机构经布置以在所述安装部件关于所述实质水平倾斜轴移位时,使所述平板电子显示器的重心在实质水平平面内移位。
9.根据权利要求8所述的系统,其中所述可变间距调整机构可操作以实现对所述安装部件关于所述实质水平倾斜轴的移位运动的选择性调整,使得当所述安装部件关于所述实质水平倾斜轴移位时,接纳在所述显示器接纳表面上的平板显示器的所述重心在实质水平平面内移位。
10.根据权利要求7所述的系统,其中所述倾斜机构包括:上部倾斜机构,其具有滑动部件,所述滑动部件界定导引狭槽;第一对连杆,其各自的第一端以枢转方式耦合到所述安装部件,且第二端承载在所述导引狭槽中可滑动的轴杆;以及第二对连杆,其各自的第一端以枢转方式耦合到所述第一对连杆中的一者,位于所述第一端与所述第二端中间,且第二端以枢转方式耦合到所述滑动部件。
11.根据权利要求10所述的系统,其中所述可变间距调整机构可操作以使所述滑动部件的定向移位。
12.根据权利要求7所述的系统,其中所述墙壁接口的宽度尺寸是可调整的。
13.一种用于安装平板显示器的显示器支架,所述支架包括:
墙壁接口,其用于将所述显示器支架固定到安装表面;以及
至少一个显示器接口,其接纳在所述墙壁接口上,用于接纳和保持平板显示器,所述显示器接口包含:
第一部件,其与所述墙壁接口啮合;
第二部件,呈现其上用于接纳所述平板显示器的显示器接纳表面;
倾斜机构,其可操作地耦合所述第一部件与所述第二部件,所述倾斜机构使所述第二部件能够关于从所述显示器接纳表面向前间隔开的实质水平倾斜轴相对于所述第一部件而移位,所述倾斜机构进一步包含用于选择性地移位所述水平倾斜轴相对于所述显示器接口的位置的构件;以及

14.根据权利要求13所述的显示器支架,其中所述用于选择性地移位所述水平倾斜轴相对于所述显示器接口的位置的构件包含可变间距调整机构。
15.根据权利要求14所述的显示器支架,其进一步包括接纳在所述显示器接纳表面上的平板显示器,所述平板显示器具有重心,其中所述倾斜机构经布置以在所述第二部件关于所述实质水平倾斜轴移位时,使所述显示器的所述重心在实质水平平面内移位。
16.根据权利要求15所述的显示器支架,其中所述可变间距调整机构可操作以实现对所述第二部件关于所述实质水平倾斜轴的移位运动的选择性调整,使得当所述第二部件关于所述实质水平倾斜轴移位时,接纳在所述显示器接纳表面上的平板显示器的所述重心在实质水平平面内移位。
17.根据权利要求14所述的显示器支架,其中所述倾斜机构包括:上部倾斜机构,其具有滑动部件,所述滑动部件界定导引狭槽;第一对连杆,其各自的第一端以枢转方式耦合到所述第二部件,且第二端承载在所述导引狭槽中可滑动的轴杆;以及第二对连杆,其各自的第一端以枢转方式耦合到所述第一对连杆中的一者,位于所述第一端与所述第二端中间,且第二端以枢转方式耦合到所述滑动部件。
18.根据权利要求17所述的显示器支架,其中所述可变间距调整机构可操作以使所述滑动部件的定向移位。
19.根据权利要求14所述的显示器支架,其中所述墙壁接口的宽度尺寸是可调整的。
