Claims (12)
- 第1面と、
前記第1面と対向する第2面と、
前記第1面の端部から第1方向に沿って延長され、第1傾斜角を有する第1研磨面と、
前記第2面の端部から第2方向に沿って延長され、第2傾斜角を有する第2研磨面を含み、
前記第1研磨面と前記第2研磨面は、カバーウィンドウの厚みの中心を通って前記第1面と平行である中心面を基準に、互いに非対称であり、
前記第1方向での前記第1研磨面の幅である第1幅と、前記第2方向での前記第2研磨面の幅である第2幅との割合は1.5:1乃至3:1であることを特徴とするカバーウィンドウ。 - 前記第1幅と前記第2幅との割合は1.5:1より大きく、270/90:1より小さいことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のカバーウィンドウ。
- 前記第1幅と前記第2幅との割合は1.5:1乃至190/110:1であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のカバーウィンドウ。
- 前記第1研磨面の端部から前記第2研磨面の端部まで延長され、前記第1面に対して直交する第3研磨面をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のカバーウィンドウ。
- 前記第1面と前記第1研磨面との間、前記第1研磨面と前記第3研磨面との間、前記第3研磨面と前記第2研磨面との間、及び前記第2研磨面と前記第2面との間のうち、少なくとも1つに位置するように形成される追加研磨面をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のカバーウィンドウ。
- 前記追加研磨面は丸みが付けられた(rounded)ことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のカバーウィンドウ。
- 第1面と、
前記第1面と対向する第2面と、
前記第1面の端部から第1方向に沿って延長され、第1傾斜角を有する第1研磨面と、
前記第2面の端部から第2方向に沿って延長され、第2傾斜角を有する第2研磨面とを含むカバーウィンドウであって、
前記第1研磨面及び前記第2研磨面上には、前記第1面に対して平行に、連続して延長される陰刻または陽刻のパターンとしての複数の研磨パターンが形成され、
前記第1乃至第2研磨面の研磨パターンは、カバーウィンドウの全周にわたって延長されていることを特徴とする、カバーウィンドウ。 - 前記第1研磨面の端部から前記第2研磨面の端部まで延長され、前記第1面に対して直交する第3研磨面をさらに含み、
前記第3研磨面上には、前記第1面に対して平行に、連続して延長される陰刻または陽刻のパターンとしての複数の研磨パターンが形成され、
前記第1乃至第2研磨面の研磨パターンは、隣接する研磨パターン間の距離が互いに同一であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のカバーウィンドウ。 - カバーウィンドウ母基板を切断して第1面、前記第1面と対向する第2面、及び前記第1面と前記第2面との間に位置し、前記第1面に対して直交する側面を含むカバーウィンドウを獲得するステップと、
前記カバーウィンドウの側面を加工するステップとを含み、
前記カバーウィンドウの側面を加工するステップは、
前記第1面と前記側面との間の角部を研磨して前記第1面の端部から第1方向に沿って
延長され、第1傾斜角を有する第1研磨面を形成するステップと、
前記第2面と前記側面との間の角部を研磨して前記第2面の端部から第2方向に沿って延長され、第2傾斜角を有する第2研磨面を形成するステップとを含み、
前記第1研磨面と前記第2研磨面は、カバーウィンドウの厚みの中心を通って前記第1面と平行である中心面を基準に、互いに非対称であり、
前記第1方向での前記第1研磨面の幅である第1幅と、前記第2方向での前記第2研磨面の幅である第2幅との割合は1.5:1乃至3:1であることを特徴とする、カバーウィンドウの製造方法。 - 前記第1幅と前記第2幅との割合は1.5:1より大きく、270/90:1より小さいことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のカバーウィンドウの製造方法。
- 前記カバーウィンドウの側面を加工するステップは、前記側面を研磨して前記第1研磨面の端部から前記第2研磨面の端部まで延長され、前記第1面に対して直交する第3研磨面を形成するステップをさらに含み、
前記第1研磨面、前記第2研磨面、及び前記第3研磨面には、いずれにも、前記第1面に対して平行に、連続して延長される陰刻または陽刻のパターンとしての複数の研磨パターンが形成されることを特徴とする、請求項9または10に記載のカバーウィンドウの製造方法。 - 前記第1乃至第3研磨面の研磨パターンは、カバーウィンドウの全周にわたって延長されており、隣接する研磨パターン間の距離が互いに同一であることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のカバーウィンドウ。
