Claims (4)
- 積層方向に積層され、機能層と軸心周りに巻回されたコイル層とを含む、複数の導体層と、
絶縁性樹脂により構成され、前記複数の導体層を一体的に覆うと共に、隣接する導体層間に挟まれる被覆部と、
を有し、
前記複数の導体層の前記コイル層及び前記機能層は、平面視において略同一形状であって、
前記複数の導体層のうちの一部の導体層は、前記コイル層と前記機能層との間を接続する接続導体層を有し、
前記複数の導体層のうち前記接続導体層を有していない導体層は、平面視において前記接続導体層と重なる位置に、前記機能層との間において導体同士の距離が小さくなるように、前記コイル層から前記機能層へ向けて突出し、前記接続導体層に対応した形状の突出部を有する、コイル部品。 - 前記複数の導体層のうち前記接続導体層が形成された導体層よりも下方の導体層が前記突出部を有する、請求項1に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記複数の導体層のうち前記接続導体層が形成された導体層よりも下方の全ての前記導体層が前記突出部を有する、請求項2に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記複数の導体層のうち前記接続導体層が形成された導体層よりも上方の導体層が前記突出部を有する、請求項1に記載のコイル部品。
