Description
以下、ハイブリッド車両の第1実施形態を、図1及び図2を参照して詳細に説明する。
図1に示すように、本実施形態のハイブリッド車両(以下、単に車両10と記載する)は、エンジン11を搭載する。また、車両10は、同車両10の駆動源となる発電機、及びエンジン11の動力を受けて発電する発電機の双方として機能する2つの発電電動機(第1発電電動機12、第2発電電動機13)を備えている。
エンジン制御装置38は、エンジン制御の一環として、PMが自己燃焼する温度(再生可能温度)までフィルタ37を昇温することで同フィルタ37に堆積したPMを浄化するフィルタ再生制御を実行する。本実施形態では、フィルタ再生制御でのフィルタ37の昇温を、ディザ制御を通じて行っている。ディザ制御では、複数の気筒31のうちの一部を、理論空燃比よりもリッチな空燃比で燃焼を行うリッチ気筒とし、残りの気筒を、理論空燃比よりもリーンな空燃比で燃焼を行うリーン気筒とするように、気筒別の燃料噴射量の補正が行われる。そして、余剰酸素を多く含んだリーン気筒の排気によりフィルタ37内を酸素過多の状態とした上で、未燃燃料を多く含んだリッチ気筒の排気をフィルタ37に送り込んで燃焼させることで、フィルタ37の昇温を促進している。
本実施形態では、フィルタ再生制御の実行許可条件は、次の条件(イ)〜(ハ)がすべて満たされている場合に成立となる。すなわち、条件(イ)フィルタ再生制御の実行可能領域でエンジン11が運転していること、条件(ロ)エンジン水温TWが暖機完了判定値α以上であること、及び条件(ハ)エンジン始動後の経過時間TSが許可判定時間TA以上であること、である。
・本実施形態では、HV走行とEV走行との切り替えを車両制御装置39が自動的に行うようにしていたが、運転者の操作により手動で行うようにしてもよい。
次に、ハイブリッド車両の第2実施形態を、図3及び図4を併せ参照して詳細に説明する。なお本実施形態にあって、上記実施形態と共通する構成については、同一の符号を付してその詳細な説明は省略する。
・本実施形態では、CDモードとCSモードとの切り替えを蓄電量SOCに基づき行うようにしていたが、同切り替えを車速V等の他のパラメータに基づき行うようにしてもよい。また、同切り替えを運転者の操作により手動で行うようにしてもよい。
さらに上記各実施形態及びその変更例は次のように変更して実施することもできる。

- 車両に搭載されたエンジンと、
前記車両の駆動源となる電動機と、
前記エンジンの排気中の微粒子物質を捕集するフィルタと、
前記エンジンを稼働した状態で走行するHV走行と前記エンジンの稼働を停止した状態で走行するEV走行とを切り替え可能に前記車両の走行制御を行う車両制御装置と、
前記フィルタに堆積した微粒子物質を浄化するためのエンジン制御であるフィルタ再生制御を実行するエンジン制御装置と、
を備えており、
前記エンジン制御装置は、車両起動後の前記エンジンの始動回数が1回である場合には既定の第1条件の成立を前記フィルタ再生制御の実行の要件とし、前記始動回数が2回以上である場合には前記第1条件よりも成立し易い第2条件の成立を前記フィルタ再生制御の実行の要件とする

前記車両の駆動源となる電動機と、
前記電動機に電力を供給するバッテリと、
前記エンジンの動力を受けて前記バッテリに充電する電力を発電する発電機と、
前記エンジンの排気中の微粒子物質を捕集するフィルタと、
前記バッテリの蓄電量の低下を抑制するCS(Charge Sustaining)モード、及び前記バッテリの電力を消費するCD(Charge Depleting)モードを含む複数の制御モードのうちから何れかの制御モードを選択し、その選択した制御モードに応じて前記車両を制御する車両制御装置と、
前記フィルタに堆積した微粒子物質を浄化するためのエンジン制御であるフィルタ再生制御を行うエンジン制御装置と、
を備えており、
前記エンジン制御装置は、前記CDモードの選択時には既定の第1条件の成立を前記フィルタ再生制御の実行の要件とし、前記CSモードの選択時には前記第1条件よりも成立し易い第2条件の成立を前記フィルタ再生制御の実行の要件とする
ハイブリッド車両。 - 前記エンジン制御装置は、前記エンジンの運転状態の計測結果から得られる既定のパラメータに基づき前記第1条件及び前記第2条件の成立の有無を判定し、前記第2条件が成立となる前記パラメータの値の範囲は、前記第1条件が成立となる値の範囲よりも広い範囲となっている
請求項1又は2に記載のハイブリッド車両。 - 前記エンジン制御装置は、前記エンジンの始動後の時間の経過に応じて値が加増されるパラメータに基づき前記第1条件及び前記第2条件の成立の有無を判定し、前記第2条件が成立となる前記パラメータの下限値は、前記第1条件が成立となる前記パラメータの下限値よりも小さい値である
請求項1又は2に記載のハイブリッド車両。 - 前記第1条件は、前記エンジンの始動後の経過時間が既定の第1時間以上であることをもって成立となり、前記第2条件は、前記経過時間が前記第1時間よりも短い第2時間以上であることをもって成立となる
請求項1又は2に記載のハイブリッド車両。
