Description
そして、ECU400は、要求パワーPがしきい値P1よりも大きいと(S24にてYES)、エンジン100を始動させる(S25)。なお、エンジン100が既に運転中であれば、エンジン100の運転をそのまま継続させる。
本実施の形態では、図6のS109、S116の処理で判定時間、要求放電量Poutを算出するためのパラメータとして、いずれもエンジン水温THwを用いた。しかし、これに限らず、エンジン水温THwに代えてあるいは加えて、エンジン温度および触媒温度と相関関係がある他のパラメータを用いてもよい。
Claims (8)
- 内燃機関と、前記内燃機関の排気を浄化する触媒と、車両外部の電源からの電力で充電することが可能な蓄電装置と、前記蓄電装置の電力で駆動される回転電機とを備えた車両の制御装置であって、前記車両は、走行モードとして、前記蓄電装置の電力を維持するよりも消費することを優先するために原則として前記内燃機関を停止させて前記回転電機の動力で走行する第1モードと、前記蓄電装置の電力を消費するよりも維持することを優先するために必要に応じて前記内燃機関を運転させて前記内燃機関および前記回転電機の動力で走行する第2モードとを有し、
前記制御装置は、
前記第1モード中に前記触媒の暖機に関する所定条件が成立した場合、前記第1モードであっても、前記蓄電装置から放電すべき要求放電量に応じて前記内燃機関を間欠的に運転させる間欠制御を実行する制御部と、
前記第1モード中に前記間欠制御が実行される場合、前記内燃機関の温度に基づいて前記要求放電量を算出する算出部とを含む、車両の制御装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記第1モード中に前記間欠制御を実行する際、前記車両の走行に必要なパワーから前記要求放電量を減じて算出された要求パワーが第1しきい値を越える場合に前記内燃機関を運転させ、前記要求パワーが前記第1しきい値よりも小さい第2しきい値未満である場合に前記内燃機関を停止させ、
前記算出部は、前記内燃機関の温度が低いほど前記要求放電量を小さい値に算出する、請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記算出部は、前記内燃機関の温度が低いほどおよび前記第1モード中に前記内燃機関が継続して運転されている時間が短いほど前記要求放電量を小さい値に算出する、請求項2に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記第1モード中の前記間欠制御によって前記内燃機関が運転中である場合、前記内燃機関が継続して運転されている時間が所定時間未満であるときは、前記内燃機関を停止させずに継続して運転させる、請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記算出部は、前記内燃機関の温度に加えて前記第1モード中に前記内燃機関が継続して運転されている時間に基づいて前記要求放電量を算出する、請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記車両は、前記蓄電装置の蓄電量が下限量未満となるまでは前記第1モードで走行し、前記蓄電装置の蓄電量が前記下限量未満となった後は前記第2モードで走行し、
前記所定条件は、前記蓄電装置の蓄電量が前記下限量よりも所定量だけ大きい量未満となったことに応じて前記内燃機関を運転させて前記触媒を暖機する制御が完了した後であるという条件である、請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記車両は、前記内燃機関の動力によって前記蓄電装置を充電するための電力を発生する発電機を備え、
前記第2モードは、前記蓄電装置の蓄電量を所定範囲に維持可能な量の電力を前記発電機に発生させるように前記内燃機関を運転させるモードである、請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 内燃機関と、前記内燃機関の排気を浄化する触媒と、車両外部の電源からの電力で充電することが可能な蓄電装置と、前記蓄電装置の電力で駆動される回転電機とを備えた車両の制御装置が行なう制御方法であって、前記車両は、走行モードとして、前記蓄電装置の電力を維持するよりも消費することを優先するために原則として前記内燃機関を停止させて前記回転電機の動力で走行する第1モードと、前記蓄電装置の電力を消費するよりも維持することを優先するために必要に応じて前記内燃機関を運転させて前記内燃機関および前記回転電機の動力で走行する第2モードとを有し、
前記制御方法は、
前記第1モード中に前記触媒の暖機に関する所定条件が成立した場合、前記第1モードであっても、前記蓄電装置から放電すべき要求放電量に応じて前記内燃機関を間欠的に運転させる間欠制御を実行するステップと、
前記第1モード中に前記間欠制御が実行される場合、前記内燃機関の温度に基づいて前記要求放電量を算出するステップとを含む、車両の制御方法。
