Description
Claims (16)
- 表面層および前記表面層に隣接し少なくとも1つの層からなる表面下層を含む積層シートに、前記表面層に面する収納空間を形成するカップ状の凹部を形成する手段と、
前記凹部の開口端に沿って、少なくとも前記表面層にノッチを形成する手段と、
前記収納空間に内容物を充填する手段と、
前記凹部を封止するフィルムを前記ノッチよりも外側で前記表面層に接合する手段と
を備え、
前記表面下層は、エチレンビニルアルコールを含む樹脂組成物で形成されるバリア層、ならびにそれぞれが共通の樹脂組成物で形成され前記バリア層の前記表面層側および前記表面層とは反対側にそれぞれ積層される1または複数の対となる層のみからなり、
前記バリア層は、前記積層シートの全層厚中心から前記表面層とは反対側に10%以上偏心している、内容物入り容器の製造装置。 - 前記凹部を成形する手段に供給される前記積層シートを予熱する手段をさらに備え、
前記予熱する手段は、前記積層シートの前記表面層側に接触させられる第1の加熱部材と、前記積層シートの前記表面層とは反対側に接触させられる第2の加熱部材とを含み、
前記第1の加熱部材による加熱温度は、前記第2の加熱部材による加熱温度よりも低い、請求項1に記載の内容物入り容器の製造装置。 - 前記第1の加熱部材による加熱温度は、前記第2の加熱部材による加熱温度よりも10℃以上低い、請求項2に記載の内容物入り容器の製造装置。
- 前記凹部を形成する手段は、前記凹部を形成するときに前記凹部の開口端の外側に隣接する領域で前記積層シートを挟持する手段を含む、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の内容物入り容器の製造装置。
