Description
本出願は、2014年12月2日に出願された仮特許出願第62/086,560、2014年12月15日に出願された仮特許出願第62/092,100、2015年2月9日に出願された仮特許出願第62/104,510、及び2015年4月20日に出願された仮特許出願第62/150,118、及び2015年8月27日に出願された仮特許出願番第62/210,701に基づくものであり、その全ては参照により本明細書に組み込まるものである。

Claims (11)
- 1つ以上のコンピューティングデバイスを介して、ユーザが、潜在的に利用可能な合法な駐車場を特定することを支援する方法であって、
中央サーバに存在するデータベースを利用して、過去の合法的駐車関連データまたはリアルタイムの道路清掃関連データを含む合法的駐車関連データを格納することと、
前記合法的駐車関連データを、商用車合法的駐車関連データまたは非商用車合法的駐車関連データを含むデータタイプに分類することであって、前記合法的駐車関連データは、更に、車両のタイプまたは車両ナンバープレートのタイプによって分類される、分類することと、
前記データベースと通信しているフォーラムモジュールを利用して、1人以上の追加のユーザから、リアルタイムの道路清掃データを受信することと、
内部クロック機構と通信している位置識別子から、前記ユーザの現在位置、現在時刻、および日付を受信することと、
前記ユーザのタイプに基づいて、前記データベース内の前記合法的駐車関連データから1つ以上の利用不可能または非合法な駐車位置を排除することによって、1つ以上の潜在的に利用可能な合法な駐車位置を特定することと、
前記合法的駐車関連データを前記ユーザに通知することと、
前記リアルタイムの道路清掃データによって、動的に前記データベース内の前記過去の道路清掃データを更新すること、とを備えた前記方法。 - 1人以上の関心のある個人または前記1人以上の追加のユーザ、政府機関、非政府組織、民間企業、コミュニティ組織、および様々なメディア・ソースのうちの少なくとも1つから、前記過去の合法的駐車関連データを受信することとであって、
前記過去の合法的駐車関連データは、駐車違反関連データ、駐車規則または法規、駐車可用性データ、または道路清掃データのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、受信することと、
前記道路清掃データを、1つ以上の追加のソースから受信することであり、前記1つ以上の追加のソースは、自治体、道路清掃を行っている企業、前記自治体または前記企業によって雇用されている運転手、システムの従業員、およびシステムの第三者契約者のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、受信すること、を更に備える、請求項1に記載の前記方法。 - ユーザタイプに基づいて、前記ユーザと前記1人以上の追加のユーザを分類することであって、
前記ユーザタイプは、商用車ユーザータイプと、非商用車ユーザータイプとを含む、分類することと、
車両のタイプまたは車両ナンバープレートのタイプによって、前記商用車ユーザータイプまたは前記非商用車ユーザータイプを分類することを更に備える、請求項1に記載の前記方法。 - 駐車違反関連データおよび駐車規則または法規に基づいて、前記1つ以上の利用不可能または非合法な駐車位置を特定することと、
前記1つ以上の利用不可能または非合法な駐車位置を、前記データベース内の前記合法的駐車関連データから排除することとを、更に備えた請求項1に記載の前記方法。 - 前記ユーザのタイプに対応する前記データタイプに基づいて、前記ユーザのための前記1つ以上の潜在的に利用可能な合法な駐車位置を特定することを更に備え、
商用車ユーザータイプに対応する前記商用車合法的駐車関連データは、車両のタイプまたは車両ナンバープレートのタイプにより、更に分類され、
非商用車ユーザータイプに対応する前記非商用車合法的駐車関連データは、車両のタイプまたは車両ナンバープレートのタイプにより、更に、分類される、請求項4に記載の前記方法。 - 前記ユーザの目的地の所定の距離内で、前記ユーザのタイプに対応する前記データタイプに基づいて、前記1つ以上の潜在的に利用可能な合法な駐車位置の1つ以上の通知を、前記ユーザに表示することを更に備える、請求項1に記載の前記方法。
- 少なくとも1つ以上の異なるフォーマットを介して、前記1つ以上の非合法または利用不可能な駐車位置とは異なって、前記1つ以上の潜在的に利用可能な合法な駐車位置を反映し、前記ユーザのために前記1つ以上の潜在的に利用可能な合法な駐車位置を見つける可能性を高めることを更に備え、
前記1つ以上の異なるフォーマットは、少なくとも異なる色、形状、ライン、または差異を識別するための任意の他のフォーマットを有し、
前記少なくとも1つ以上の異なるフォーマットは、発行された駐車違反納付書の変動に基づき、
前記少なくとも1つ以上の異なるフォーマットを介して表示された、発行された駐車違反納付書の前記変動は、少なくとも時刻または位置に基づく、請求項1に記載の前記方法。 - 前記フォーラムモジュールを介して、前記1人以上の追加のユーザから受信する前記リアルタイムの道路清掃データを、前記データベースに格納することと、
少なくとも前記リアルタイムの道路清掃データに基づいて、道路の清掃の1つ以上の通知を生成することと、
前記道路の清掃の前記1つ以上の通知を、前記ユーザに送信し、1つ以上の位置で開始されようとしている前記道路の清掃を通知することであって、
前記道路の清掃の前記1つ以上の通知は、1つ以上の車両を、前記1つ以上の位置から移動させるよう前記ユーザを促す、送信することと、
前記道路の清掃の開始前の所定の時間内に、前記道路の清掃の前記1つ以上の通知を、前記ユーザに表示することとを備える、請求項1に記載の前記方法。 - 前記道路の清掃の前記1つ以上の通知を、前記ユーザに送信して、前記1つ以上の位置での前記道路の清掃が終了したことを通知することであって、
前記道路の清掃の前記1つ以上の通知は、前記車両を、前記1つ以上の位置に戻すよう前記ユーザを促す、送信することと、
道路清掃が終了した後の所定の時間内に、前記道路の清掃の前記1つ以上の通知を、前記ユーザに表示することとを更に備えた、請求項8に記載の前記方法。 - 前記リアルタイムの道路清掃データの前記1つ以上の通知を、直接体験した1人以上の追加のユーザにより、採点することであって、
前記直接体験は、前記道路の清掃の前記1つ以上の通知を受信する前記1人以上の追加のユーザにより識別される、採点することを更に備える、請求項8に記載の前記方法。 - 前記フォーラムモジュールを介して、前記リアルタイムの道路清掃データを報告する前記1人以上の追加のユーザに、1つ以上の報酬を発行することを更に備え、
前記1つ以上の報酬は、所定数の正の採点に達する前記道路の清掃の前記1つ以上の通知に基づき、
