Claims (13)
- 鋼の管(2)をアニーリングするためのアニール炉(1)であって、
アニール炉(1)の動作中に管(2)を加熱するための第1の加熱装置(9)と、
アニール炉(1)の動作中に、搬送方向(3)にアニール炉(1)を通って管(2)を前進させるように適合された、管(2)用の搬送デバイス(4、5、6、7)と
を有し、
アニール炉(1)が、搬送方向(3)において第1の加熱装置(9)の後ろに、管(2)の外面(17)を冷却するための第1の冷却デバイス(13)であって、ガス案内装置(16)を有する第1の冷却デバイス(13)を備え、
アニール炉(1)の動作中に管(2)を冷却するために、ガスが管(2)の外面(17)上を流れるようにガス案内装置(16)が配置され、
ガス案内装置が、アニール炉(1)の動作中に管(2)を取り囲むハウジング(16)を備え、
ハウジング(16)が、管(2)に同心円状に配置され、
ハウジング(16)が、ガス用のガス入口(18)及びガス出口(19)を備え、

- 管(2)の外面(17)を冷却するための第2の冷却デバイス(14)が、アニール炉(1)の動作中に、接触要素(25)が管(2)と係合した状態を維持するように構築及び配置される空気デバイス又は油圧デバイスを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のアニール炉(1)。
- 管(2)の外面(17)を冷却するための第2の冷却デバイス(14)が、アニール炉(1)の動作中に、管(2)から接触要素(25)上に移動される熱を放熱するように適合される流体冷却システムを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載のアニール炉(1)。
- 管(2)の外面(17)を冷却するための第2の冷却デバイス(14)の接触要素(25)が、管(2)の外面(17)を冷却するための第1の冷却デバイス(13)内部に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載のアニール炉(1)。
- 管(2)の外面(17)を冷却するための第2の冷却デバイス(14)の接触要素(25)が、ガス案内装置のハウジング(16)内部に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のアニール炉(1)。
- アニール炉(1)が、アニール炉(1)の動作中に管(2)を取り囲む流体冷却システムを有するハウジングを有する、管(2)の外面(17)を冷却するための第3の冷却デバイス(15)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から7の何れか一項に記載のアニール炉(1)。
- 請求項1から8の何れか一項に記載のアニール炉(1)を備え、かつ冷間変形デバイスを備える、冷間変形された管(2)を変形させるための形成システム(36)。

ハウジング(16)が、管(2)に同心円状に配置され、
ハウジング(16)が、ガス用のガス入口(18)及びガス出口(19)を備え、
