Claims (15)
- 鋼のストランド(2)をアニーリングするためのアニール炉(1)であって、
前記アニール炉(1)の動作中に前記ストランド(2)を加熱するための第1の加熱装置(9)と、
前記アニール炉(1)の前記動作中に搬送方向(3)に前記アニール炉(1)を通り前記ストランド(2)を前進させるように適合された、前記ストランド(2)用の搬送デバイス(4、5、6、7)と
を有し、
前記アニール炉(1)は、前記搬送方向(3)に、前記第1の加熱装置(9)の後ろに、ガス案内装置(16)を有する前記ストランド(2)の外面(17)を冷却するための第1の冷却デバイス(13)を備え、前記ガス案内装置(16)は、前記アニール炉(1)の前記動作中に前記ストランド(2)を冷却するために、ガスが前記ストランド(2)の前記外面(17)上を流れるように配置されることを特徴とするアニール炉(1)。 - 前記ガス案内装置は、前記アニール炉(1)の前記動作中に前記ストランド(2)を取り囲むハウジング(16)を備え、前記ハウジング(16)は、好ましくは、前記ストランド(2)に同心円状に配置され、前記ハウジング(16)は、前記ガス用のガス入口(18)及びガス出口(19)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のアニール炉(1)。
- 前記ガス案内装置の前記ハウジング(16)は、前記アニール炉(1)の前記動作中に前記ストランド(2)に対して前記ハウジング(16)を密閉するための密閉装置(20)を前端及び後端に備えることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のアニール炉(1)。
- 前記ガス案内装置(16)の前記ガス入口(18)は、前記ガス用の貯蔵器と流体連通しており、前記アニール炉(1)の前記動作中に前記貯蔵器は、前記ストランド(2)の前記外面(17)が前記ガスで冷却できるように、好ましくは、水素を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載のアニール炉(1)。
- 前記ガス出口(19)は、前記ガスが、前記アニール炉(1)の前記動作中に前記搬送方向(3)と逆に前記ストランド(2)を通り抜けるように、前記ストランド(2)の前記搬送方向(3)に前記ガス入口(18)の前に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項2から4の何れか一項に記載のアニール炉(1)。
- 前記アニール炉(1)は、前記ストランド(2)の前記外面(17)を冷却するための第2の冷却デバイス(14)を備え、前記第2の冷却デバイス(14)は、前記ストランド(2)と接触要素(25)との間に熱接触が確立するように、前記アニール炉(1)の前記動作中に前記ストランド(2)と係合して得ることができる前記接触要素(25)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載のアニール炉(1)。
- 前記ストランド(2)の前記外面(17)を冷却するための前記第2の冷却デバイス(14)は、前記アニール炉(1)の前記動作中に、前記接触要素(25)が前記ストランド(2)と係合した状態を維持するように構築又は配置される空気デバイス又は油圧デバイスを備えることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のアニール炉(1)。
- 前記接触要素(25)はグラファイトを含むことを特徴とする、請求項6又は7に記載のアニール炉(1)。
- 前記ストランド(2)の前記外面(17)を冷却するための前記第2の冷却デバイス(14)は、前記アニール炉(1)の前記動作中に、前記ストランド(2)から前記接触要素(25)上に移動される熱を分散するように適合される流体冷却システムを備えることを特徴とする、請求項6から8の何れか一項に記載のアニール炉(1)。
- 前記ストランド(2)の前記外面(17)を冷却するための前記第2の冷却デバイス(14)の前記接触要素(25)は、前記ストランド(2)の前記外面(17)を冷却するための前記第1の冷却デバイス(13)内部に、好ましくは、前記ガス案内装置の前記ハウジング(16)内部に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項6から9の何れか一項に記載のアニール炉(1)。
- 前記アニール炉(1)は、前記アニール炉(1)の前記動作中に前記ストランド(2)を取り囲む、流体冷却システムを有するハウジングを有する前記ストランド(2)の前記外面(17)を冷却するための第3の冷却デバイス(15)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から10の何れか一項に記載のアニール炉(1)。
- 請求項1から11の何れか一項に記載のアニール炉(1)を備え、かつ冷間変形デバイス、特に、前記ストランド(2)の前記搬送方向(3)に前記アニール炉(1)の後ろに配置される引抜デバイス(32)を備える、冷間変形されたストランド(2)を変形させるための形成システム(36)。
- 前記ストランド(2)の前記搬送方向(3)に移動可能である巻き取りデバイス及び/又はのこぎり(34)は、前記ストランド(2)の前記搬送方向(3)に前記冷間変形デバイス(32)の後ろに提供され、前記ストランド(2)の前記外面を清浄するための清浄デバイス(35)は、任意選択的に、前記冷間変形デバイス(32)と前記巻き取りデバイス及び/又は前記のこぎり(34)との間に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の形成システム(36)。
