本発明に係る第1実施形態の緩衝器を図1,図2を参照して以下に説明する。
次に、第2実施形態を主に図3に基づいて第1実施形態との相違部分を中心に説明する。なお、第1実施形態と共通する部位については、同一称呼、同一の符号で表す。

Claims (4)
- 作動流体が封入される外筒と、
作動流体が封入されると共に前記外筒の内周側に設けられ該外筒との間に環状のリザーバを形成する内筒と、
該内筒内に摺動可能に嵌装されるピストンと、
一端側が前記外筒から外部に突出すると共に他端側が前記内筒内に挿入されて前記ピストンに連結されるピストンロッドと、
前記内筒の一端側に設けられ前記ピストンロッドを摺動可能に案内する筒状のロッドガイドと、
該ロッドガイドの一端側であって前記外筒内に設けられ、前記ピストンロッドの外周側に摺接する第1のシール部と、
前記ロッドガイドの一端側であって前記外筒内に設けられ、前記外筒の内周側に接触する第2のシール部と、
前記ロッドガイドの一端側であって前記外筒内に設けられるワッシャと、
前記外筒の一端側を前記ワッシャに向け径方向の内側に折り曲げて前記ワッシャを固定する折曲部と、
を備えてなる緩衝器であって、
前記ワッシャと前記ロッドガイドとの軸方向における間に環状体を設け、
前記第1のシール部は、前記ワッシャの内周側、または前記環状体の内周側に設けられ、
前記ロッドガイドは、前記ロッドガイドの全周および全長に亘って前記外筒と径方向に離間しており、
前記環状体は、外周側に前記ロッドガイドと前記外筒との径方向に離間している部分に屈曲して延びるよう形成される屈曲部と該屈曲部よりも外周側に形成される前記外筒の内周と当接する外周板部と、を有し、
前記第2のシール部は、前記屈曲部の外周側に設けられ、
前記ロッドガイドは、前記環状体の屈曲部の内周と当接していることを特徴とする緩衝器。 - 前記第1のシール部は、前記環状体と一体に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の緩衝器。
- 前記第1のシール部は、前記ワッシャと一体に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の緩衝器。
- 前記第2のシール部は、前記屈曲部に配置されるOリングであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の緩衝器。
