Description
当該装置は、

前記充填バルブの前記充填物出口に前記キャップを配置するステップと、
第一温度で前記充填バルブを洗浄するステップと、
前記バルブが開位置に切り替わる第二温度で前記充填バルブを消毒するステップと、
前記装置を前記充填バルブから取り外すステップと、
を含んでいる。
Claims (8)
- 容器を充填物で充填する飲料充填システムの充填バルブを洗浄および消毒する装置(10)であって、
前記消毒中に消毒媒体を排出するための貫通開口(22)を有し、前記洗浄および前記消毒中における前記充填バルブの充填物出口を閉塞するためのキャップ(20)と、
前記貫通開口(22)を開閉するためのバルブ(30)と、
を備えており、
前記バルブ(30)は、形状記憶材料を含んでおり、
前記形状記憶材料は、前記洗浄が行なわれる第一温度で前記バルブ(30)を閉位置に切り替えることにより前記貫通開口(22)を閉塞し、前記消毒が行なわれる第二温度で前記バルブ(30)を開位置に切り替えることにより前記貫通開口(22)を開放するように構成されている、
装置(10)。 - 前記バルブ(30)は、当該バルブ(30)の開閉を行なうための位置決め要素(32)を備えており、
前記位置決め要素(32)は、前記形状記憶材料を含んでいる、
請求項1に記載の装置(10)。 - 前記バルブ(30)は、閉塞部材(34)と弁座(36)を備えており、
前記閉位置において、前記閉塞部材(34)は、前記弁座(36)内に封止的に配置されており、
前記開位置において、前記閉塞部材(34)は、前記弁座(36)から離脱しており、 前記位置決め要素(32)は、前記バルブ(30)を切り替えるために前記閉塞部材(34)と接触可能とされている、
請求項2に記載の装置(10)。 - 前記位置決め要素(32)は、前記形状記憶材料で形成されたスプリングである、
請求項2または3に記載の装置(10)。 - 前記スプリングは、螺旋スプリングである、
請求項4に記載の装置(10)。 - 前記形状記憶材料は、ニチロール、ニッケル−チタン、ニッケル−チタン−銅、銅−鉛、銅−鉛−アルミニウム、銅−アルミニウム−ニッケル、鉄−ニッケル、アルミニウム、鉄−マンガン−シリコン、および鉄−金−銅の少なくとも一つを含有する形状記憶合金を含む、
請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の装置(10)。 - 前記キャップ(20)を前記充填バルブの前記充填物出口に配置するための旋回装置、あるいは旋回・昇降装置が設けられている、
請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の装置(10)。 - 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の装置(10)を用いて容器を充填物で充填する飲料充填システムの充填バルブを洗浄および消毒する方法であって、
前記充填バルブの前記充填物出口に前記キャップ(20)を配置するステップと、
前記第一温度で前記充填バルブを洗浄するステップと、
前記第一温度よりも高い前記第二温度で前記充填バルブを消毒するステップと、
前記装置(10)を前記充填バルブから取り外すステップと、
を含んでいる、
