Description
Claims (15)
- 熱絶縁電気接点プローブであって、該熱絶縁電気接点プローブは、
ピンパススルーを規定する管状ピンガイドを有する取付板と、
該取付板に連結され、前記ピンガイドを包囲する首部分を有するカバーと、
前記ピンパススルーの中に配置され、導体パススルーを規定する軸部分と、前記ピンガイドの頂部の上で前記軸部分から半径方向外側に延びるフランジ部分と、該フランジ部分から延びポケットを規定するポケット部分と、を有する絶縁ピンと、
前記フランジ部分と前記取付板との中間に配置され、前記フランジ部分を前記取付板から離すように付勢するスプリングと、
前記ポケット内に配置される電気接点パッドと、
該電気接点パッドに連結され、前記導体パススルーを通って延びる導電体と、を備える、熱絶縁電気接点プローブ。 - 前記カバーと前記取付板との中間に配置され、前記カバーと前記取付板とを分離する少なくとも1つの熱絶縁ワッシャを、さらに備える、請求項1に記載の熱絶縁電気接点プローブ。
- 前記カバーのスルーホールを通って前記取付板から延びる取付突起を、さらに備える、請求項1に記載の熱絶縁電気接点プローブ。
- 前記取付板の頂面の上に配置され、前記取付突起と前記カバーとの中間の半径方向のギャップの中に延びるフランジを有する、熱絶縁ワッシャを、さらに備える、請求項3に記載の熱絶縁電気接点プローブ。
- 前記カバーの頂面の上に配置され、前記取付突起と前記カバーとの中間の半径方向のギャップの中に延びるフランジを有する、熱絶縁ワッシャを、さらに備える、請求項3に記載の熱絶縁電気接点プローブ。
- 前記ポケットの直径は、前記電気接点パッドの直径より少なくとも0.010インチ大きく、前記電気接点パッドが前記ポケットの中で水平に動くことを可能にする、請求項1に記載の熱絶縁電気接点プローブ。
- 前記軸部分と前記ピンガイドとの間の自走適合度を確立するために、前記ピンパススルーの直径は前記絶縁ピンの前記軸部分の直径より少なくとも0.0015インチ大きく、前記軸部分が前記ピンパススルーの中で傾くことを可能にする、請求項1に記載の熱絶縁電気接点プローブ。
- 環状肩部が前記ポケットと前記導体パススルーとの接合点に規定され、前記肩部は、前記電気接点パッドの動きを制限するための移動止めを提供する、請求項1に記載の熱絶縁電気接点プローブ。
- 加熱プラテンアセンブリであって、該加熱プラテンアセンブリは、
加熱プラテンと、
該加熱プラテンに連結されたベースと、
前記加熱プラテンと前記ベースとの中間に配置され、前記加熱プラテンと前記ベースとに連結された熱シールドと、
前記ベースに連結され、前記ベース及び前記熱シールドを通って延びる電気接点プローブと、を備え、
該電気接点プローブは、
ピンパススルーを規定する管状ピンガイドを有する取付板と、
該取付板に連結され、前記ピンガイドを包囲する首部分を有するカバーと、
前記ピンパススルーの中に配置され、導体パススルーを規定する軸部分と、前記ピンガイドの頂部の上で前記軸部分から半径方向外側に延びるフランジ部分と、該フランジ部分から延びポケットを規定するポケット部分と、を有する絶縁ピンと、
前記ポケット内に配置される電気接点パッドと、
該電気接点パッドに連結され、前記導体パススルーを通って延びる導電体と、
前記フランジ部分と前記取付板との中間に配置され、前記フランジ部分を前記取付板から離すように付勢し、前記電気接点パッドを金属化層に係合して前記加熱プラテンの裏側に保持するスプリングと、を備える、加熱プラテンアセンブリ。 - 前記電気接点プローブは、前記カバーのスルーホールを通って前記取付板から延びる取付突起を、さらに備える、請求項9に記載の加熱プラテンアセンブリ。
- 前記電気接点プローブは、前記取付板の頂面の上に配置され、前記取付突起と前記カバーとの中間の半径方向のギャップの中に延びるフランジを有する、熱絶縁ワッシャを、さらに備える、請求項10に記載の加熱プラテンアセンブリ。
- 前記電気接点プローブは、前記カバーの頂面の上に配置され、前記取付突起と前記カバーとの中間の半径方向のギャップの中に延びるフランジを有する、熱絶縁ワッシャを、さらに備える、請求項10に記載の加熱プラテンアセンブリ。
- 前記ポケットの直径は、前記電気接点パッドの直径より少なくとも0.010インチ大きく、前記電気接点パッドが前記ポケットの中で水平に動くことを可能にする、請求項9に記載の加熱プラテンアセンブリ。
- 前記軸部分と前記ピンガイドとの間の自走適合度を確立するために、前記ピンパススルーの直径は前記絶縁ピンの前記軸部分の直径より少なくとも0.0015インチ大きく、前記軸部分が前記ピンパススルーの中で傾くことを可能にする、請求項9に記載の加熱プラテンアセンブリ。
- 環状肩部が前記ポケットと前記導体パススルーとの接合点に規定され、前記肩部は、前記電気接点パッドの動きを制限するための移動止めを提供する、請求項9に記載の加熱プラテンアセンブリ。
