Claims (18)
- 周辺機器内の試験片上の反応領域を読み取る際に携帯型コンピュータデバイスを補助するための、前記携帯型コンピュータデバイスが備える画像センサとスクリーンとの上方に配置される周辺機器であって、前記画像センサと前記スクリーンは、前記携帯型コンピュータデバイスの同じ側に位置し、前記周辺機器は、
前記携帯型コンピュータデバイスの前記同じ側にある前記スクリーンから前記試験片の前記反応領域を介して前記携帯型コンピュータデバイスの前記同じ側にある前記画像センサに達するように光を誘導するべく設けられるか、または、前記携帯型コンピュータデバイスの前記同じ側にある前記スクリーンからの光が、ライトガイド内で散乱し、前記試験片上の前記反応領域で反射され、前記携帯型コンピュータデバイスの前記同じ側にある前記画像センサに達するように設けられた散乱材を備える前記ライトガイドと、
前記携帯型コンピュータデバイスの前記スクリーン及び前記画像センサに対して前記周辺機器の配置を補助するアラインメントフィーチャと
を備える周辺機器。 - 中空ケースをさらに備え、前記ライトガイドは前記中空ケースの内側反射部を備え、前記スクリーンからの光は前記中空ケースの前記内側反射部で反射され、前記試験片で反射され、そして前記画像センサに達する、請求項1に記載の周辺機器。
- 前記アラインメントフィーチャは、前記携帯型コンピュータデバイスの縁と接触する前記中空ケースのリップ部を備える、請求項2に記載の周辺機器。
- 前記中空ケースは、前記試験片を収容するためのスロットを画定する、請求項2に記載の周辺機器。
- 前記中空ケースは前記反応領域にアクセスできるように、頂部が開口し、底部が開口している、請求項2に記載の周辺機器。
- 前記周辺機器が前記携帯型コンピュータデバイス上に配置されているとき、前記試験片が前記スクリーンによって照らされるように、前記中空ケースは閉じた頂部と開いた底部を有し、
前記周辺機器は毛細管をさらに備えるか、又は前記毛細管が前記試験片の一部であり、前記毛細管は検体サンプルを受ける第1端と、前記反応領域に前記検体サンプルを送る第2端を有する、請求項2に記載の周辺機器。 - 前記中空ケースは、本体及び前記本体にヒンジ接続された蓋を備える、請求項2に記載の周辺機器。
- 前記周辺機器が前記携帯型コンピュータデバイスに配置されているとき、前記試験片が前記スクリーンによって照らされるように、前記蓋は閉じた頂部と開いた底部を有し、
前記蓋は毛細管をさらに備えるか、又は前記毛細管が試験片の一部であり、前記毛細管は検体サンプルを受ける第1端と、前記反応領域に検体サンプルを送る第2端を有する、請求項7に記載の周辺機器。 - ランセット又はマイクロニードルをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の周辺機器。
- 前記ライトガイド及び前記アラインメントフィーチャと一体化された前記試験片をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の周辺機器。
- 前記周辺機器が前記携帯型コンピュータデバイスに配置されているとき、前記ライトガイドは覆い隠された透明なブロックを備えるため、前記試験片は前記スクリーンによって照らされる、請求項1に記載の周辺機器。
- 前記ライトガイドは反射面を備え、前記スクリーンからの光は前記反射面で反射され、前記試験片を貫通し、前記画像センサに達する、請求項1に記載の周辺機器。
- 前記スクリーンからの光は前記ライトガイドに沿って進み、前記試験片で反射され、前記画像センサに達する、請求項1に記載の周辺機器。
- 前記ライトガイドは第1及び第2反射面を備え、前記スクリーンからの光は前記第1反射面で反射され、前記試験片で反射され、前記第2反射面で反射され、前記画像センサに達する、請求項1に記載の周辺機器。
- 前記ライトガイドは第1及び第2反射面を備え、前記スクリーンからの光は前記試験片で反射され、前記第1反射面で反射され、前記第2反射面で反射され、前記画像センサに達する、請求項1に記載の周辺機器。
- タッチスクリーンによって検知される領域をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の周辺機器。
- 前記領域は、分析物の種類、前記周辺機器の製品ロット番号、前記試験片の前記反応領域の方向性、又はそれらの組み合わせを示すように配置されている導電性ドットである、請求項16に記載の周辺機器。
- 前記導電性ドットは、導電性ラバー、導電性ファイバー、導電性布、又はそれらの組み合わせを備える、請求項17に記載の周辺機器。
