Description
尚、容器が過度に硬いと、容器の使用感が悪くなるため、ランダム共重合体に、例えば、直鎖状低密度ポリエチレンなどの柔軟材料を混合して外層11を構成してもよい。ただし、ランダム共重合体に対して混合する材料は、ランダム共重合体の有効な特性を大きく阻害することのなきよう、混合物全体に対して50重量%未満となるように混合することが好ましい。例えば、ランダム共重合体と直鎖状低密度ポリエチレンとを85:15の重量割合で混合した材料により外層11を構成することができる。

Claims (3)
- 外殻と内袋とを有し且つ内容物の減少に伴って前記内袋が前記外殻から剥離し収縮する容器本体と、
外殻にのみ設けられた貫通孔であり中間空間と外部空間を連通する外気導入孔と、前記外気導入孔において中間空間と外部空間との間の空気の出入りを調節する弁部材とを備える積層剥離容器であって、
前記容器本体は、内容物を収容する収容部と、前記収容部から前記内容物を排出する口部とを備え、
前記口部には蓋部が組み付けられ、
前記収容部に凹部が設けられ、当該凹部に前記外気導入孔が設けられ、
前記容器本体の底部には、略直線状のピンチオフ部が形成され、
前記ピンチオフ部の一方の端部の延長線と交差する側壁部位置において、側壁の高さ方向に連なる1本の接着帯が形成されていることを特徴とする積層剥離容器。 - 前記蓋部は、ヒンジ部の位置が前記接着帯の形成位置とは略180°反対側になるように口部に組み付けられることを特徴とする請求項1記載の積層剥離容器。
- 前記外気導入孔は、前記接着帯の形成位置とは略90°回転した位置になるように、または略180°反対側になるように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の積層剥離容器。
