Claims (6)
- 吸気を冷却するインタクーラが車両の前部に配置され、
ラジエータが前記インタクーラの後方に配置され、
冷却ファンを収容するファンシュラウドが前記ラジエータの後面に設けられ、
エンジン本体が前記ファンシュラウドの後方に配置され、
吸気を圧縮する過給機が前記エンジン本体の上部の前面に配置され、
吸気マニホールドが前記エンジン本体の後面に配置され、
前記過給機で圧縮された吸気を前記インタクーラに導入するインタクーラインレット配管が前記インタクーラの車幅方向一端部に連結され、
前記インタクーラで冷却された吸気を前記吸気マニホールドに導入するインタクーラアウトレット配管が前記インタクーラの車幅方向他端部に連結された車両に適用される車両用インタクーラの配管構造であって、
前記インタクーラアウトレット配管は、前記ファンシュラウドと前記エンジン本体との間を前記車幅方向他端部側から前記車幅方向一端部側に横切る中間管部を有し、
前記中間管部は、前記エンジン本体の下部に固定されることを特徴とする車両用インタクーラの配管構造。 - 前記エンジン本体の底部にオイルパンが設けられ、
前記中間管部は少なくとも前記オイルパンの前面に固定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用インタクーラの配管構造。 - 前記エンジン本体は、前記オイルパンの上端部に設けられたシリンダブロックを有し、
前記シリンダブロックおよび前記オイルパンにトランスミッションが接合され、
前記オイルパンは、前記シリンダブロックへ接合される第1接合部と、前記トランスミッションへ接合される第2接合部とを有し、
前記第2接合部は、前記第1接合部の前面より前方に突出する突出部を有し、
前記中間管部は少なくとも前記突出部において前記オイルパンに固定されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両用インタクーラの配管構造。 - 前記オイルパンは、該オイルパンの前端部から前方に突出するオイルフィルタ取付部を有し、
前記オイルフィルタ取付部の下面に、オイルフィルタが取り付けられるオイルフィルタ取付面が設けられ、
前記オイルフィルタ取付部の前端部に、前記中間管部が固定される中間管部取付部が設けられることを特徴とする請求項2または請求項3に記載の車両用インタクーラの配管構造。 - 前記過給機に連結された排気管が前記エンジン本体の前面および下面に沿って車両後方に延びており、
前記排気管は、車両上下軸に対して前傾する軸に沿って延びる傾斜部を有し、
前記中間管部は前記傾斜部の前方に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4の何れか1項に記載の車両用インタクーラの配管構造。 - 前記排気管は、前記傾斜部の上端から上方に延びて前記過給機に連結される垂直部と、前記傾斜部の下端から後方に延びる水平部と、を有し、
前記エンジン本体を車幅方向に見た側面視で、前記垂直部の前面に沿う第1仮想線と、前記水平部の下面に沿う第2仮想線と、前記傾斜部の前面に沿う第3仮想線と、により囲まれる空間に、前記中間管部が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の車両用インタクーラの配管構造。
