Claims (7)
- 直方体形状をした絶縁体と、
前記絶縁体の内部に設けられ、前記絶縁体の実装面と前記実装面に略垂直な1対の端面とに略平行なコイル軸を有し、前記1対の端面それぞれの近傍に設けられて前記実装面に略垂直な方向に延びた複数の柱状導体と前記1対の端面の一方側から他方側に延びて前記実装面側と前記実装面に対向する上面側とで前記複数の柱状導体を接続する複数の連結導体とを含むスパイラル状のコイル導体と、
前記コイル導体の両端部にそれぞれ電気的に接続され、前記絶縁体の内部から外側に引き出される1対の引き出し導体と、
前記絶縁体の前記実装面から前記1対の端面を経由して前記上面に延在して設けられ、前記1対の引き出し導体に電気的に接続された1対の外部電極と、を備え、
前記1対の外部電極は前記絶縁体の前記実装面に設けられた部分で実装基板に接続され、
前記コイル導体の前記両端部のうちの少なくとも第1端部は、前記複数の連結導体のうちの前記絶縁体の前記上面側に位置する第1連結導体の端部であり、前記1対の引き出し導体のうちの第1引き出し導体を介して前記絶縁体の前記上面で前記1対の外部電極のうちの第1外部電極に電気的に接続され、
前記コイル導体は、前記第1端部から前記第1連結導体によって前記絶縁体の上面に沿って延びている、コイル部品。 - 前記コイル導体の前記両端部のうちの前記第1端部は、前記第1引き出し導体を介して前記絶縁体の前記上面で前記第1外部電極に電気的に接続され、第2端部は、前記複数の連結導体のうちの前記絶縁体の前記上面側に位置する第2連結導体の端部であり、前記1対の引き出し導体のうちの第2引き出し導体を介して前記絶縁体の前記上面で前記1対の外部電極のうちの第2外部電極に電気的に接続され、
前記コイル導体は、前記第1端部から前記第1連結導体によって前記絶縁体の前記上面に沿って延び且つ前記第2端部から前記第2連結導体によって前記絶縁体の前記上面に沿って延びている、請求項1記載のコイル部品。 - 前記コイル導体の前記両端部のうちの前記第1端部は、前記第1引き出し導体を介して前記絶縁体の前記上面で前記第1外部電極に電気的に接続され、第2端部は、前記1対の引き出し導体のうちの第2引き出し導体を介して前記絶縁体の前記実装面で前記1対の外部電極のうちの第2外部電極に電気的に接続され、
前記コイル導体は、前記第1端部から前記第1連結導体によって前記絶縁体の前記上面に沿って延びている、請求項1記載のコイル部品。 - 前記1対の引き出し導体は、略円形形状で前記1対の外部電極に接続されている、請求項1から3のいずれか一項記載のコイル部品。
- 前記1対の外部電極は、前記絶縁体の前記1対の端面のうちの前記複数の柱状導体に対向する領域に少なくとも設けられている、請求項1から4のいずれか一項記載のコイル部品。
- 前記絶縁体は、マーカー部を有する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項記載のコイル部品。
- 前記1対の外部電極が前記実装基板に接続されたときに、前記第1外部電極には、前記絶縁体の前記実装面に設けられた部分から前記絶縁体の前記1対の端面に設けられた部分を経由して前記絶縁体の前記上面に設けられた部分に向かって電流が流れる、又は、前記絶縁体の前記上面に設けられた部分から前記絶縁体の前記1対の端面に設けられた部分を経由して前記絶縁体の前記実装面に設けられた部分に向かって電流が流れる、請求項1から6のいずれか一項記載のコイル部品。
