本発明の別の目的は、バッテリの脱着操作性を向上させた電動車両のバッテリケース構造を提供することにある。
本発明のまた別の目的は、上記のバッテリケース構造を備える電動車両を提供することにある。
Claims (6)
- 充電可能なバッテリ(46)を動力源とする鞍乗り型の電動車両(12)のバッテリケース構造(10)であって、
前記電動車両(12)のメインフレーム(16)の前後方向中央部下方に配置され、車両横方向に揺動するカバー部材(50)と、
前記メインフレーム(16)に接続され、前記カバー部材(50)の下方を取り回すよう配置される下方フレーム(54)と、
前記下方フレーム(54)の側方に設置され、前記バッテリ(46)から車両前後方向の荷重を受ける側方ラバーマウント(58)と、
を備え、
前記カバー部材(50)が揺動することにより、前記カバー部材(50)の上部に設けられた脱着口(52)が前記メインフレーム(16)に対して接近又は離間し、
前記メインフレーム(16)から離間した前記脱着口(52)を介して、前記カバー部材(50)内に前記バッテリ(46)が脱着可能に挿入され、
前記メインフレーム(16)に前記脱着口(52)が接近すると、前記カバー部材(50)に挿入された前記バッテリ(46)は、前記下方フレーム(54)上に支持されて前記下方フレーム(54)と前記メインフレーム(16)との間に収納されるとともに前記側方ラバーマウント(58)に接触することを特徴とする電動車両(12)のバッテリケース構造(10)。 - 請求項1記載の電動車両(12)のバッテリケース構造(10)において、
前記下方フレーム(54)上に支持された前記バッテリ(46)の下端と前記下方フレーム(54)との間で、鉛直方向の前記バッテリ(46)の重量を前記下方フレーム(54)に伝える下方ラバーマウント(56)と、
をさらに備えることを特徴とする電動車両(12)のバッテリケース構造(10)。 - 請求項1又は2記載の電動車両(12)のバッテリケース構造(10)において、
前記バッテリ(46)の側方には、前記カバー部材(50)が揺動する際に、前記側方ラバーマウント(58)を導くガイド(46a)が設けられることを特徴とする電動車両(12)のバッテリケース構造(10)。 - 請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の電動車両(12)のバッテリケース構造(10)において、
前記カバー部材(50)の側方に、運転者が脚を載せることが可能なステップ(63)が配置されることを特徴とする電動車両(12)のバッテリケース構造(10)。 - 請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の電動車両(12)のバッテリケース構造(10)において、
前記カバー部材(50)の揺動中心は、車両下方側に配置され、前記カバー部材(50)の車両横方向の中心よりも前記メインフレーム(16)から前記脱着口(52)が離間する方向に偏倚して設けられることを特徴とする電動車両(12)のバッテリケース構造(10)。 - 充電可能なバッテリ(46)を動力源とする鞍乗り型の電動車両(12)であって、
前記バッテリ(46)を脱着可能に収納するバッテリケース構造(10)として、
メインフレーム(16)の前後方向中央部下方に配置され、車両横方向に揺動するカバー部材(50)と、
前記メインフレーム(16)に接続され、前記カバー部材(50)の下方を取り回すよう配置される下方フレーム(54)と、
前記下方フレーム(54)の側方に設置され、前記バッテリ(46)から車両前後方向の荷重を受ける側方ラバーマウント(58)と、
を備え、
前記カバー部材(50)が揺動することにより、前記カバー部材(50)の上部に設けられた脱着口(52)が前記メインフレーム(16)に対して接近又は離間し、
前記メインフレーム(16)から離間した前記脱着口(52)を介して、前記カバー部材(50)内に前記バッテリ(46)が脱着可能に挿入され、
前記メインフレーム(16)に前記脱着口(52)が接近すると、前記カバー部材(50)に挿入された前記バッテリ(46)は、前記下方フレーム(54)上に支持されて前記下方フレーム(54)と前記メインフレーム(16)との間に収納されるとともに前記側方ラバーマウント(58)に接触することを特徴とする電動車両(12)。
