- 前記伝動機構ユニット(4)は、変速伝動機構(5)とディファレンシャル伝動機構(6)とを有し、前記変速伝動機構(5)は、前記伝動機構軸(15)を有し、前記ドライブギヤ(14)から導入されたトルクを減速して伝達するように構成されており、前記ディファレンシャル伝動機構(6)は、前記伝動機構軸(15)により回転駆動可能な1つの入力部分(22)と、前記入力部分(22)により前記回転軸線(A)回りに回転駆動可能な複数の出力部分(34,35)とを有し、前記少なくとも1つの出力軸(36)は、第1の端部区分を有し、前記第1の端部区分は、トルクを伝達するように前記出力部分の1つ(35)に相対回動不能に結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気駆動装置。
- 前記中間壁(52)は、前記電気モータ(3)とは反対側に潤滑剤チャンバ(67)を有し、前記潤滑剤チャンバ(67)は、前記伝動機構ユニット(4)の回転する部分の回転時に飛散した潤滑剤を一時的に受け入れるように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気駆動装置。
- 前記中間壁(52)は、少なくとも1つの通流通路(68)を有し、前記通流通路(68)は、半径方向外側に位置する端部で前記潤滑剤チャンバ(67)に開口し、前記通流通路(68)を通して潤滑剤は、前記潤滑剤チャンバ(67)から前記中間壁(52)の前記貫通開口に向かって前記第1の開口部(63)の領域に流入可能であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の電気駆動装置。
- 前記ハウジングアッセンブリ(10)は、潤滑剤集合区分(66)を有し、前記潤滑剤集合区分(66)は、飛散した潤滑剤を集め、前記潤滑剤チャンバ(67)に導くように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の電気駆動装置。
- 出力経路で見て前記電気モータ(3)と前記少なくとも1つの出力軸(36)との間に、クラッチ(23)が設けられており、前記クラッチ(23)は、前記電気モータ(3)と前記少なくとも1つの出力軸(36)との間のトルク伝達を選択的に断接するように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気駆動装置。
- 前記中間壁(52)は、前記電気モータ(3)とは反対側に潤滑剤チャンバ(67)を有し、前記潤滑剤チャンバ(67)は、前記伝動機構ユニット(4)の回転する部分の回転時に飛散した潤滑剤を一時的に受け入れるように構成されており、
前記クラッチ(23)は、制御可能なアクチュエータ(24)により操作可能であり、前記アクチュエータ(24)は、電磁石(46)を有し、前記電磁石(46)は、前記ハウジングアッセンブリ(10)の前記中間壁(52)に結合されており、磁石ハウジングの一部区分と前記中間壁(52)の一部区分とは、前記潤滑剤チャンバ(67)を形成することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の電気駆動装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つの出力軸(36)は、前記伝動機構ユニット(4)から離れた第2の端部区分(38)を有し、前記第2の端部区分(38)は、前記ハウジングアッセンブリ(10)の軸受収容部分(59)において軸受(40)により前記回転軸線(A)回りに回転可能に支持されており、前記中空軸(9)は、軸方向で前記軸受収容部分(59)内まで入り込むように延在していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気駆動装置。
- 前記中空軸(9)は、回転シール(79)により前記軸受収容部分(59)に対して密封されており、前記環状通路(62)の前記第2の開口部(64)は、軸方向で前記回転シール(79)と前記軸受(40)との間に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の電気駆動装置。
- 前記ハウジングアッセンブリ(10)は、蓋部分(55)を有し、前記蓋部分(55)は、前記電気モータ(3)が収容されている第1のハウジング区分(53)と、前記伝動機構ユニット(4)が収容されている第2のハウジング区分(54)との間に配置されており、前記蓋部分(55)は、軸受収容区分(56)を有し、
前記中空軸(9)は、前記電気モータ(3)のロータ(8)に結合される軸区分と、前記軸受収容区分(56)内で回転可能に支持される軸受区分と、前記ドライブギヤ(14)とを有し、前記ドライブギヤ(14)は、前記蓋部分(55)と前記中間壁(52)との間に形成されるチャンバ内に片持ち式に突入することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気駆動装置。
