Description
電動機は、ステータコイルに通電して回転力を得るものであり、発電機は、ロータの回転によりステータコイルに流れる電流を取り出すものである。
図5において、車両のトランスアクスルのケース1内には回転電機2が設けられており、この回転電機2は、ロータ3と、ロータ3を取り囲むようにロータ3の外周に設けられたステータ4とを備えている。
図1〜図4は、本発明に係る動力伝達装置の潤滑構造の一実施の形態を示す図である。
まず、構成を説明する。
図1、図2において、自動車等の車両の動力伝達装置を構成するトランスアクスル11は、ケースとしての有底筒状の第1のケース12と、第1のケース12の開口端を閉塞するケースとしての円板状のカバー13と、第1のケース12に収容された回転電機としてのモータMと、第1のケース12の閉塞端である仕切壁12a側に位置し、第1のケース12に固定された第2のケース14と、第2のケース14に収容されたプラネタリギヤ15と、第2のケース14に収容されたディファレンシャルギヤ16とを含んで構成されている。
サンギヤ27が回転すると、ロータ17の駆動力がサンギヤ27を介してピニオンギヤ29に伝達され、ピニオンギヤ29がサンギヤ27の回りを公転しながら自転することにより、プラネタリキャリア30によってロータ17の駆動力が増幅される。
このように本実施の形態の軸受24、42は、ガイド部材22のボス部22bによって覆われている。
このように本実施の形態の軸受43は、カバー13の円筒部13aによって覆われている。
また、ガイド部材22のフランジ部22aにはガイドリブ22dが設けられており、このガイドリブ22dは、フランジ部22aからモータMの軸線方向の外方に延在している。
なお、本実施の形態では、第1のケース12、カバー13、オイルパイプ44およびガイド部材22によって潤滑構造が構成される。
オイルポンプから油路46d、46c、46b、46aを介してオイルパイプ44に供給されたオイルは、吐出孔44a〜44cからコイルエンド20a、20bおよびモータMの軸線方向の略中央部の三相コイル20の略中央部に吐出(滴下)される(図3、図4において矢印aでオイルの潤滑経路を示す)。

Claims (4)
- 回転自在なロータと、前記ロータを取り囲むように設けられたステータコアの軸線方向両端部からコイルエンドが突出するステータとを有し、ケースに収容される回転電機と、前記回転電機の軸線方向で前記回転電機に隣接する第1の被潤滑部材および前記第1の被潤滑部材に対して前記軸線方向外方側に位置する第2の被潤滑部材とを備えた動力伝達装置に設けられ、前記第1の被潤滑部材および前記第2の被潤滑部材に潤滑液を供給するようにした動力伝達装置の潤滑構造であって、
潤滑液を前記軸線方向の一端部から他端部に輸送するように前記回転電機の上部に設けられ、少なくとも前記コイルエンドの鉛直方向上方に位置する第1の吐出孔と、前記第1の吐出孔に対して前記他端部側に併設された第2の吐出孔および第3の吐出孔とを有する潤滑液油送管と、
前記軸線方向に対して前記第2の吐出孔および前記第3の吐出孔の間で鉛直方向に延在して設けられ、半径方向内周部によって前記第1の被潤滑部材の上面を覆うガイド部材とを備え、
前記ガイド部材が、前記ガイド部材から前記軸線方向の外方に延在して前記第3の吐出孔から吐出された潤滑液を前記軸線方向に案内するガイドリブを有し、
前記ケースが、前記第2の被潤滑部材の上面を覆う被覆部と、前記被覆部に形成され、前記ガイドリブに案内された潤滑液を前記第2の被潤滑部材の軸線方向一端部に案内するケース連通孔とを有することを特徴とする動力伝達装置の潤滑構造。 - 前記ガイド部材が、前記ガイド部材の半径方向に延在し、前記第2の吐出孔から吐出された潤滑液を前記第1の被潤滑部材の軸線方向一端部に案内するガイド部材連通孔を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の動力伝達装置の潤滑構造。
- 前記第1の被潤滑部材が、前記ガイド部材の半径方向内周部に前記軸線方向に併設されて一対設けられ、前記ガイド部材連通孔が、前記軸線方向において前記一対の前記第1の被潤滑部材の間に位置することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の動力伝達装置の潤滑構造。
- 前記第1の被潤滑部材が、前記ガイド部材の半径方向内周部に取付けられた第1のアウタレースと、前記第1のアウタレースの内周部に第1の転動体を介して連結された第1のインナレースと備えた第1の軸受であり、
前記第2の被潤滑部材が、前記被覆部の内周部に取付けられた第2のアウタレースと、前記第2のアウタレースの内周部に第2の転動体を介して連結された第2のインナレースと備えた第2の軸受であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1の請求項に記載の動力伝達装置の潤滑構造。
