Claims (13)
- ハウジング(6)に一端が連結されるシース(3)と、前記ハウジング(6)に覆われた連結部分(5)に一端が連結される芯線(2)とを含む、自動車ラッチのためのボーデンケーブル(1)において、
前記ボーデンケーブル(1)が並進運動によって調整されて固定され得るように設計された固定装置(4)を備え、
前記固定装置(4)は、前記連結部分(5)または前記ハウジング(6)に設けられたラチェット輪郭部(10)と前記ボーデンケーブル(1)の引張り方向(8)で係合し、前記連結部分(5)または前記ハウジング(6)に設けられたガイド(17)によって保持され並進方向に案内されることを特徴とする、ボーデンケーブル(1)。 - 前記固定装置(4)は、前記シース(3)を引張り方向(8)に並進運動させることによって前記調整および固定を可能にする固定手段(7)を備え、前記調整および前記固定が、引張り方向(8)の1回の並進運動によって実現され得ることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のボーデンケーブル(1)。
- 前記固定手段(7)は、前記ラチェット輪郭部(10)と前記引張り方向(8)に係合される少なくとも1つの戻り止め歯(9)および/または前記ガイド(17)によって保持され並進方向に案内される少なくとも1つの戻り止めフック(11)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のボーデンケーブル(1)。
- 前記戻り止め歯(9)および/または前記ラチェット輪郭部(10)は、並進運動が引張り方向(8)にのみ可能となるように鋸歯形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のボーデンケーブル(1)。
- 前記固定装置(4)が、単一部品からなる1つの固定手段(7)を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のボーデンケーブル(1)。
- 前記固定手段(7)が戻り止め開口部(12)を有し、前記シース(3)が、前記戻り止め開口部(12)に連結される保持ラグ(13)を有し、前記戻り止め開口部(12)および前記保持ラグ(13)の連結によって、前記固定手段(7)が、引張り方向(8)に対して垂直に取り外し可能に装着され、前記ボーデンケーブルの芯線(2)または前記ボーデンケーブルのシース(3)に確実に連結され得ることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のボーデンケーブル(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの戻り止め歯(9)および/または前記少なくとも1つの戻り止めフック(11)が前記固定手段(7)上に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のボーデンケーブル(1)。
- 前記固定装置(4)が、ボーデンケーブル芯線(2)から分離された連結手段(23)を含み、前記芯線(2)が前記連結手段(23)に挿入されて連結されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のボーデンケーブル(1)。
- 前記連結手段(23)が、連結される前記ボーデンケーブル芯線(2)または前記ボーデンケーブルシース(3)の一部に対応する半径を有する凹所(25)および/またはのぞき窓を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のボーデンケーブル(1)。
- 請求項2〜9のいずれか一項に記載のボーデンケーブル(1)を設置する方法において、
前記ボーデンケーブル(1)を配置する第1のステップと、
前記ボーデンケーブル(1)を調整する第2のステップと、
1回だけの並進運動によって張力をかけ前記ボーデンケーブル(1)を固定する第3のステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記第2のステップの前に、前記固定手段を装着するための追加の設置ステップを含むことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記第2のステップの後で、前記調整が、
前記固定手段を解放するステップと、
前記ボーデンケーブルを再調整するステップと、
前記固定手段を再装着するステップと
を実施することによって修正され得ることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。 - 前記第1のステップで前記ボーデンケーブル(1)が設置され、前記第2のステップで前記ボーデンケーブル(1)が調整され、前記第3のステップで前記ボーデンケーブル(1)の設定が、前記固定手段を装着することによって固定されることを特徴とする、請求項10〜12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
