Description
上述のように、エンジン200には、4つの気筒210の吸気ポートに排気の一部をそれぞれ還流させる4本のEGR分岐通路304が接続される。
EGR制限後にEGR閉塞条件が成立しなくなった場合には、EGR閉塞が解消したとして、EGR制限を解除することが望ましい。そのため、ECU100は、EGR制限後にもEGR閉塞判定を行ない、EGR閉塞が生じていると判定されなくなった場合(すなわち上記の閉塞条件が成立しなくなった場合)に、EGR制限を解除する処理(以下「EGR制限後の反省処理」ともいう)を実行する。
図2は、ECU100が上記のEGR閉塞判定、EGR制限およびEGR制限後の反省処理を行なう際の処理手順の一例を示すフローチャートである。このフローチャートは、ECU100の作動中に所定周期で繰り返し実行される。
Claims (2)
- 複数の気筒を有するエンジンと、
前記エンジンの排気の一部を前記複数の気筒の吸気ポートにそれぞれ還流させる複数のEGR(Exhaust Gas Recirculation)分岐通路を有するEGR通路と、
前記EGR通路内を流れるEGR流量を調整可能に構成されたEGR弁と、
前記EGR弁を制御する制御装置とを備え、
前記制御装置は、
前記EGR流量が所定値よりも小さいEGRオフ状態における前記エンジンの第1回転変動量が第1判定値よりも小さいと判定され、かつ前記EGR流量が前記所定値よりも大きいEGRオン状態における前記エンジンの第2回転変動量が第2判定値よりも大きいと判定された場合に、前記EGRオン状態における前記EGR流量を制限し、
前記EGR流量が制限された後に前記第2回転変動量が前記第2判定値よりも小さい第3判定値よりも大きいと判定された場合、前記EGR流量の制限を継続する、エンジンシステム。 - 前記制御装置は、前記EGR流量が制限された後に前記第2回転変動量が前記第3判定値よりも小さいと判定された場合、前記EGR流量の制限を解除する、請求項1に記載のエンジンシステム。
