Description
打込機の実施の形態2は、図12〜図15に示されている。駆動軸39にカム部77が固定されている。カム部77の外周面77Aの形状は非円形であり、カム部77は中心線B2を中心として回転要素38と共に一体回転可能である。カム部77を中心線B2方向に貫通するガイド孔78が設けられている。ガイド孔78は短軸及び長軸を有し、長軸は回転要素38の径方向に配置されている。
Claims (6)
- 止具が供給される射出部と、第1位置から第2位置へ向けて動作し、かつ、前記止具を被打込部材へ打ち込む打撃子と、前記打撃子に設けたラックと、を備えた打込機であって、
前記ラックに係合し、前記打撃子を前記第2位置から前記第1位置に移動させる回転要素と、
前記ラックに係合する係合部材と、
を有し、
前記回転要素は、前記打撃子が前記第2位置から前記第1位置に移動した後に前記ラックとの係合が外れ、
前記打撃子は、前記回転要素と前記ラックとの係合が外れると、前記第1位置から前記第2位置に向けて動作し、
前記係合部材は、前記回転要素の少なくとも一部により構成され、かつ、前記回転要素の径方向で内側及び外側に向けて移動可能であり、かつ、前記打撃子が前記第1位置から前記第2位置へ到達する前に停止すると、前記ラックに係合可能である、打込機。
- 前記係合部材は、前記打撃子が動作する方向に対して交差する方向に動作して前記打撃子に係合する、請求項1記載の打込機。
- 前記係合部材は、前記回転要素の径方向に移動可能である、請求項1または2記載の打込機。
- 前記回転要素は、回転方向に沿って配置した複数のピニオンを有し、
前記係合部材は、前記回転要素の回転方向で先頭に位置するピニオン、または、前記回転要素の回転方向で最も後部に位置するピニオンである、請求項3記載の打込機。 - 前記打撃子を前記第2位置から前記第1位置へ動作させる動力機構と、
前記打撃子を前記第1位置から前記第2位置に向けて動作させる打撃要素と、が設けられ、
前記動力機構は、
前記ラックと、
前記ラックに噛み合い、かつ、前記回転要素に設けたピニオンと、
を有し、
前記回転要素を回転及び停止するモータと、
前記打撃子が前記第1位置から前記第2位置へ到達する前に停止すると、前記モータを回転して前記係合部材を前記ラックに係合して前記打撃子を停止位置に保持するコントローラと、
が設けられ、
前記係合部材は、前記射出部に設けられており、前記ラックに係合して前記打撃子を保持する、請求項1乃至3の何れか1項記載の打込機。 - 前記係合部材は、前記打撃子を、前記第1位置と前記第2位置との間に保持する、請求項5記載の打込機。
