Description
本発明は、室温加硫性(RTV)シリコーン組成物に関する。特に、本発明は、電気又は電子の素子又は装置の絶縁保護塗布用のRTVシリコーン組成物に関する。本発明は更に、シリコーン組成物から得られた又は得ることが可能な物品、及びその組成物の調製方法に関する。
電気市場には、絶縁、耐熱エージング、耐UVエージング、及び接着強度を含む特性を有する材料で保護される必要がある、張力クランプ、母線接続、及びアンテナなどの電気及び電子素子が多数存在する。
一態様では、本発明は、操作及び塗布、熱伝導度、電気絶縁、耐UV及び熱エージング、並びに金属、半導体、木などの基材との良好な接着強度に関する改善の少なくとも1つを含む特性を有する硬化性組成物を提供することを目的とする。好ましくは、硬化性組成物の形状は、十分な強度及び優れた自己融着性能を有して、必要に応じて変化してもよい。
以下に、本発明の実施形態がより詳細に説明される。
式中、R1及びR2は独立に、H、置換された又は置換されていないC1〜12アルキル、C2〜12アルケニル、C2〜12アルキニル、C1〜12アルコキシル、及びC6〜12アリールからなる群から選択され、かつ、nは、1,000〜3,000,000、好ましくは100,000〜2,000,000、より好ましくは500,000〜2,000,000の整数である。
式中、Rはそれぞれ独立に、置換された又は置換されていないC1〜12アルキル、具体的にはC1〜10アルキル、より具体的にはC1〜6アルキル、更により具体的にはメチル又はエチルからなる群から選択される。
実施例で使用する原材料を下表1に列挙する。
混合物Aの調製:異なる粘度を有するシリコーンの選択及び評価
107シリコーン、補強材料Aerosil 8200、難燃剤F1、及び補強材料及び表面変性剤の両方として機能するCaCO3を表2に示す量でブレンドし、ニーダーで均一混合物Aを形成した。混合物A1〜A7は、異なる粘度を有する107シリコーンの混合物Aを表わす。
混合物Aにブレンドすることができる、ブチルゴムのような架橋されていないゴム又はエラストマーを含有する混合物Bを調製した。
混合物A(A2、A5、又はA7)を、表4に示す量でブチルゴムを含有する混合物B1とブレンドし、架橋剤D20、触媒D62、及び接着促進剤KH560を107シリコーンの重量に基づいてそれぞれ6%、3%及び1%の量で加え、ニーダーで硬化性組成物を得た。次に、硬化性組成物は、異なる用途に対応するように、所望の形状のパッドに成形することができる。実施例では、硬化性組成物をパッドに成形し、試料1〜15を得た。
表5に示すように、異なる量のCaCO3及びヒュームドシリカAerosil 8200など補強材料を用いたことを除けば、上記の試料2、5及び8と同じ手順で試料16〜39を得た。
1,000,000cpsの粘度を有するシリコーンを含有する混合物A7を、表6に示す量で混合物B2又はB3とブレンドし、架橋剤D20、触媒D62及び接着促進剤KH560をそれぞれ、シリコーンの重量に基づいて6%、3%及び1%の量で加え、ニーダーで均一な配合物を得た。次に、配合物を所望の形状のパッドに成形した。
1,000,000cpsの粘度を有するシリコーンを含有する混合物A7を、ブチルゴムを含有する混合物B1とブレンドし、異なる架橋剤(D10、D20、D30、又はC1)及び触媒(D62、D80、又はC2)を接着促進剤KH560と共に表7に示す量で加え、ニーダーで均一な配合物を得た。次に、配合物を所望の形状のパッドに成形した。表7では、ブチルゴムを含有する混合物B1を3:7の重量比で混合物A7とブレンドした。
破壊電圧:GB\T507−2002準拠
難燃性性能:UL−94準拠
UVエージング性能:GB\T1865−1997準拠、2000時間
注記:「N/A」は、硬化速度が速すぎるために、硬化したパッドの接着強度を正確に試験することができないことを意味する。
銅及びアルミニウムとの接着強度、破壊電圧、難燃性、UVエージング、及び熱エージングの性能は、パッドの用途に関して検討されるべきである。したがって、更に他の試料から得た硬化したパッドで、これらの特性に対する試験を行った。いくつかの代表試料の試験の結果を下表9に要約した。
UVエージング>2000時間、及び熱エージング>2000時間は、接着強度、破壊電圧、及び難燃性が明らかに減少しておらず、エージング後のこの製品の用途に影響を及ぼさないことを意味する。
Claims (6)
- 室温加硫性(RTV)シリコーンと、架橋されていない又は部分的に架橋されたゴム及び/又はエラストマーと、触媒とを含む、硬化性組成物であって、前記ゴム及び/又はエラストマーが、前記組成物に初期の強度を与えるものであり、前記RTVシリコーンと前記架橋されていない又は部分的に架橋されたゴム及び/又はエラストマーとの割合が重量で1:2〜15:1の範囲であり、
前記RTVシリコーンが、ヒドロキシルシリコーン樹脂を含み、
前記架橋されていない又は部分的に架橋されたゴム及び/又はエラストマーが、フルオロエラストマー(FKM)、ニトリルゴム(NBR)、水素化ニトリルゴム(HNBR)、アクリレートゴム(ACM)、ポリウレタンゴム(PUR)、天然ゴム(NR)、スチレンブタジエンゴム(SBR)、ポリクロロプレンゴム(CR)、ポリブタジエンゴム(BR)、ポリイソプレンゴム(IR)、クロロスルホン化ポリエチレン(CSM)、ポリスルフィドゴム(PSR)、クロロヒドリンゴム(CO)、及びそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つを含み、
前記触媒が、チタン錯体、ジブチル錫ジアセテート、(テトラメチルグアニジノ)プロピルトリエトキシシラン、ジブチル錫ジラウレート、及びオクタン酸第一スズからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つを含み、
電気又は電子の素子又は装置の絶縁保護塗布用の、硬化性組成物。 - 前記RTVシリコーンが、アルコキシルシリコーン樹脂を更に含み、
前記アルコキシルシリコーン樹脂が、メトキシルシリコーン樹脂、エトキシルシリコーン樹脂、及びそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。 - 前記架橋されていない又は部分的に架橋されたゴム及び/又はエラストマーが、フルオロエラストマー(FKM)、水素化ニトリルゴム(HNBR)、及びそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の組成物。
- 前記RTVシリコーンと前記ゴム及び/又はエラストマーとの割合が、重量で1:1.5〜10:1の範囲である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 架橋剤、共架橋剤、補強材料、接着促進剤、顔料、調光剤、難燃剤、表面変性剤、増粘剤、レオロジー変性剤、及びそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの構成成分を更に含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記架橋剤の量が、前記RTVシリコーンの量に基づいて0.1重量%〜20重量%である、請求項5に記載の組成物。
