- 前記少なくとも1つの細長部材は、第1に前記複数の第1フランジセルのうちの1つの第1フランジセルを規定し、
前記細長部材が第2に前記1つの第1フランジセルから複数の第2フランジセルのうちの1つの第2フランジセルへ前記中央部を横切って、
前記細長部材が第3に前記1つの第2フランジセルを規定し、
前記細長部材が第4に前記1つの第2フランジセルから前記複数の第1フランジセルのうちの別の第1フランジセルへ前記中央部を横切るというパターンを形成し、

- 前記複数の第2フランジセルのそれぞれは、前記複数の中央部セルのうち1つ以上の中央部セルに対し開口される、請求項1に記載の器具。
- 前記波状部分は正弦波状である、請求項1に記載の器具。
- 前記第1並置部及び前記第2並置部のそれぞれは、該第1並置部及び第2並置部の縁に沿って実質的に正弦波状に波打つ周方向リングを備える、請求項1に記載の器具。
- 前記中央部セルは、前記第1並置部及び前記第2並置部の少なくとも1つの支柱間の間隙に対し開口する、請求項1に記載の器具。
- 前記中央部は、複数の本体部支柱を備え、
該複数の本体部支柱のそれぞれは複数の長手方向延伸部分を備え、
該複数の長手方向延伸部分は、前記複数の中央部セルを規定するように組み合わさる複数の傾斜部分により相互接続され、かつ本体部支柱の長さ方向沿いに中央部セルを横切って隣接する本体部支柱を相互接続しない、請求項1に記載の器具。 - 胆嚢と胃腸管の一部との間に吻合を形成するための移植可能医療器具であって、
該器具は、相互接続された支柱の骨組みを形成する少なくとも1つの細長部材を備える管状構造を備え、
該管状構造は、
前記少なくとも1つの細長部材により規定される複数の中央部セルを備える中央部、ここで、前記中央部は複数の中央部セルカラムを規定し、該複数の中央部セルカラムのそれぞれは前記中央部の第1端部と第2端部の一方に対し開口し、前記中央部の第1端部と第2端部の他方に対し閉口する、
前記中央部の第1端部における第1並置部であって、前記少なくとも1つの細長部材により規定される複数の第1フランジセルを有し、前記複数の第1フランジセルが前記中央部に対し開口するようになっている第1並置部、
前記中央部の第2端部における第2並置部であって、前記少なくとも1つの細長部材により規定される複数の第2フランジセルを有し、前記複数の第2フランジセルが前記中央部に対し開口するようになっている第2並置部、を規定する、前記移植可能医療器具。 - 前記少なくとも1つの細長部材は、
(1)前記少なくとも1つの細長部材が長手方向軸に沿って前記中央部を横切る第1パターンを形成する、
(2)前記細長部材が前記複数の第1フランジセルの1つの第1フランジセルを規定する、
(3)前記細長部材が前記第1パターンが横切る方向と反対方向の長手方向軸に沿う第2パターンで前記中央部を横切る、
(4)前記細長部材が前記複数の第2フランジセルの1つの第2フランジセルを規定する、ように形成される、請求項13に記載の器具。 - 前記少なくとも1つの細長部材は、第1に前記複数の第1フランジセルのうちの1つの第1フランジセルを規定し、
前記細長部材が第2に前記1つの第1フランジセルから複数の第2フランジセルのうちの1つの第2フランジセルへ前記中央部を横切って、
前記細長部材が第3に前記1つの第2フランジセルを規定し、
前記細長部材が第4に前記1つの第2フランジセルから前記複数の第1フランジセルのうちの別の第1フランジセルへ前記中央部を横切るというパターンに形成され、

該器具は、相互接続された支柱の骨組みを形成する少なくとも1つの細長部材を備える管状構造を備え、
該管状構造は、
前記少なくとも1つの細長部材により規定される複数の中央部セルを備える中央部、ここで、前記中央部は複数の中央部セルカラムを規定し、該複数の中央部セルカラムのそれぞれは前記中央部の第1端部と第2端部の一方に対し開口し、前記中央部の第1端部と第2端部の他方に対し閉口する、
前記中央部の第1端部における第1並置部であって、前記少なくとも1つの細長部材により規定される複数の第1フランジセルを有する第1並置部、
前記中央部の第2端部における第2並置部であって、前記少なくとも1つの細長部材により規定される複数の第2フランジセルを有する第2並置部、を規定し、
ここで、前記少なくとも1つの細長部材は、
(1)前記少なくとも1つの細長部材が長手方向軸に沿って前記中央部を横切る第1パターンを形成する、
(2)前記細長部材が前記複数の第1フランジセルの1つの第1フランジセルを規定する、
(3)前記細長部材が前記第1パターンが横切る方向と反対方向の長手方向軸に沿う第2パターンで前記中央部を横切る、
