Claims (12)
- 患者の体内に流体流路を設けるように構成される移植可能医療器具であって、
該移植可能医療器具は:
第1の組織表面に係合するように構成される第1並置部;
第2の組織表面に係合するように構成される第2並置部;及び

- 前記中央部は、経時的な組織の厚みの変化に応じて長さを自動的に調整するように構成される、請求項1に記載の移植可能医療器具。
- 前記中央部の第1端部と第2端部は、軸方向に整列する、請求項1に記載の移植可能医療器具。
- 前記中央部は径方向の圧縮構成から展開構成に自己拡張するように構成される、請求項1に記載の移植可能医療器具。
- 前記中央部は組織開口部に対し締まりばめを形成するように構成され、
該組織開口部において、前記中央部は、患者の体内にある前記移植可能医療器具の移動に抵抗するように配置される、請求項1に記載の移植可能医療器具。 - 前記複数の軸方向調整部材は各々、波状形状に構成される、請求項1に記載の移植可能医療器具。
- 前記複数の軸方向調整部材は各々、馬蹄状の形状に構成される、請求項1に記載の移植可能医療器具。
- 前記複数の軸方向調整部材は各々、軸方向の延伸の間、細長になり、より線状になるように構成される、請求項1に記載の移植可能医療器具。
- 前記移植可能医療器具の軸方向の長さは、展開前又は展開中に、標的移植部位において特定の厚さの組織を収容するように調整可能である、請求項1に記載の移植可能医療器具。
- 患者の体内に流体流路を設けるように構成される移植可能医療器具であって、
該移植可能医療器具は:
第1の組織表面に係合するように構成される第1並置部;
第2の組織表面に係合するように構成される第2並置部;及び
第1並置部と第2並置部の間を延伸する中央部;を備え、
中央部は、
第1並置部から延伸し、周方向ステントリングを含む第1端部、
第2並置部から延伸し、前記周方向ステントリングとは異なる別の周方向ステントリングを含む第2端部、及び
第1端部の周方向ステントリングと第2端部の周方向ステントリングを相互接続し、サスペンションスプリングとして構成され、各々が波状形状を有する、複数の軸方向調整部材を含む、前記移植可能医療器具。
