Claims (4)
- 免役複合体液体製剤であって、以下:
(a)1−5mg/mlの免疫複合体、ここで当該免疫複合体はN2’−デアセチル−N2’−(3−メルカプト−1−オキソプロピル)−メイタンシン(DM1)またはN2’−デアセチル−N2’−(4−メチル−4−メルカプト−1−オキソペンチル)−メイタンシン(DM4)であるメイタンシノイドに共有結合により連結した抗体であり、ここで当該抗体はhuC242、huN901、およびヒト化DS6からなる群より選択される;
(b)10mM ヒスチジン;
(c)130mM グリシン;
(d)5% ショ糖;および
(e)0.005−0.2% ポリソルベート80;
を含み、ここで当該製剤は5から6のpHを有する緩衝水溶液であり、そしてここで当該抗体および当該メイタンシノイドはN−スクシンイミジル4−(2−ピリジルジチオ)ブタノエート(SPDB)またはN−スクシンイミジル4−(2−ピリジルジチオ)ペンタノエート(SPP)であるリンカー分子を介して連結されている、前記免疫複合体液体製剤。 - メイタンシノイドがDM4である、請求項1に記載の免疫複合体液体製剤。
- リンカー分子がSPDBである、請求項2に記載の免疫複合体液体製剤。
