Description
本実施形態は、上記のように構成されており、以下その作用について説明する。本実施形態に係る防振装置10の組立は、例えば次のようにして行われる。まず、図1,図2に示されるように、弾性ストッパ部材20が筒状部材24に被せられる。具体的には、弾性ストッパ部材20の底面部48における連通孔48Aの内径が拡大する方向に底面部48を変形させて、該連通孔48Aに第1の取付部材11の筒状部材24を挿通する。すると、筒状部材24が弾性ストッパ部材20の囲い部50の内側に入り、該囲い部50により囲まれた状態となる。弾性ストッパ部材20の側壁部60、上壁部62及び奥壁部64は、筒状部材24を覆う弾性体26に密着する。これにより、弾性ストッパ部材20が、筒状部材24に対して密着状態で組み付けられる。
以上、本発明の実施形態の一例について説明したが、本発明の実施形態は、上記に限定されるものでなく、上記以外にも、その主旨を逸脱しない範囲内において種々変形して実施可能であることは勿論である。

Claims (3)
- 振動発生部又は振動受け部の一方にインナブラケットを介して取り付けられ前記インナブラケットが内部に嵌挿される筒状部材を備えた第1の取付部材における前記筒状部材を内部に挿通するための連通孔を有し、前記連通孔の周縁に前記連通孔に通じた切欠きが形成された底面部と、
前記底面部から立設されて前記筒状部材を囲むことが可能に形成され、前記筒状部材に対する前記インナブラケットの挿入口となる開口部が前記連通孔と連通して形成された囲い部と、
を有する、前記第1の取付部材の変位量を制限する弾性ストッパ部材。 - 振動発生部又は振動受け部の一方にインナブラケットを介して取り付けられ、前記インナブラケットが内部に嵌挿される筒状部材が設けられた第1の取付部材と、
前記振動発生部又は前記振動受け部の他方にアウタブラケットを介して取り付けられる第2の取付部材と、
前記第1の取付部材と前記第2の取付部材とを弾性的に連結するゴム弾性体と、
前記筒状部材と前記アウタブラケットとの間に介在し、前記アウタブラケットに対する前記第1の取付部材の変位量を制限する請求項1に記載の弾性ストッパ部材と、
を有する防振装置。 - 振動発生部又は振動受け部の一方にインナブラケットを介して取り付けられ、前記インナブラケットが内部に嵌挿される筒状部材が設けられた第1の取付部材と、
前記振動発生部又は前記振動受け部の他方にアウタブラケットを介して取り付けられる第2の取付部材と、
前記第1の取付部材と前記第2の取付部材とを弾性的に連結するゴム弾性体と、
前記第1の取付部材における前記筒状部材を内部に挿通するための連通孔を有する底面部、及び、前記底面部から立設されて前記筒状部材を囲むことが可能に形成され前記筒状部材に対する前記インナブラケットの挿入口となる開口部が前記連通孔と連通して形成された囲い部を有し、前記筒状部材と前記アウタブラケットとの間に介在し、前記アウタブラケットに対する前記第1の取付部材の変位量を制限する弾性ストッパ部材と、を備え、
前記連通孔の軸方向からみて、前記筒状部材は前記連通孔よりも大きい防振装置。
