Claims (4)
- 内筒部材と、この内筒部材の周囲にこれと平行に設けられた外筒部材と、これらの部材の間に予圧縮された状態で配置されこれらの部材同士を連結するゴム部材とを具えたストラットマウントにおいて、
前記内筒部材の内周面に、先端側の外径が基端側の外径より小さい予圧縮用部材が圧入されていることを特徴とするストラットマウント。 - 前記予圧縮用部材の外周面に周方向に延在する段付部が形成されるとともに、前記ゴム部材の、前記予圧縮用部材の基端側に対応する一端側にすぐり部が設けられ、前記段付部はすぐり部の底面より他端側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のストラットマウント。
- 前記予圧縮用部材には、予圧縮用部材から半径方向外側に突出するストッパ部材が一体的に取り付けられ、このストッパ部材は、静荷重下で前記ゴム部材の一端が当たるよう配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1もしくは2に記載のストラットマウント。
- 外筒部材の外周側に環状の取付けフランジが取り付けられ、外筒部材の内径は、前記取付けフランジより前記ゴム部材一端側に対応する部分で大きく、前記取付けフランジより前記ゴム部材他端側に対応する部分で小さいことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のストラットマウント。
