Description
本発明に係る防振装置用ブラケットによれば、重量の増加及び補強部の剥れが抑制される。
この場合、補強部の剥れをより抑制しつつ、応力が発生し易い箇所を重点的に補強することができる。
この場合、防振装置用ブラケットの強度及び剛性をより高めることができる。
この場合、補強部の剥れがより確実に抑制される。
この場合、重量の増加及び補強部の剥れが抑制されたブラケットを容易に得ることができる。
Claims (5)
- 防振部材並びに振動発生側及び振動受側のいずれか一方側に取り付けられる取付部材を囲繞する囲繞部を有し、前記振動発生側及び前記振動受側のいずれか他方側に取り付けられる防振装置用ブラケットであって、
前記防振装置用ブラケットは、
前記囲繞部の囲繞方向に延在すると共に当該囲繞方向の両方向それぞれに端部を有し、前記囲繞部の外面側に固定された補強部と、
前記補強部の前記端部を前記囲繞部の囲繞方向に跨るように前記囲繞部の外面に形成されたリブと、
を有しており、
前記囲繞部及び前記リブは、合成樹脂からなる、防振装置用ブラケット。 - 前記囲繞部は、前記振動発生側及び前記振動受側の前記他方側に固定される第1囲繞部と、
前記第1囲繞部と共に前記防振部材及び前記取付部材を囲繞する第2囲繞部と、を有し、
前記補強部は、前記第2囲繞部の外面に固定されており、
前記リブは、前記第1囲繞部及び前記第2囲繞部に形成されている、請求項1に記載の防振装置用ブラケット。 - 前記第1囲繞部は、前記第2囲繞部よりも外側に張り出した張出部を有しており、
前記リブは、前記第1囲繞部の前記張出部の外面と前記第2囲繞部の外面に形成されている、請求項2に記載の防振装置用ブラケット。 - 前記前記防振装置用ブラケットは、前記補強部と、前記補強部と共に一体に成形された前記囲繞部及び前記リブとを有するものである、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の防振装置用ブラケット。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の防振装置用ブラケットを得るための、防振装置用ブラケットの製造方法であって、
前記補強部となる補強材をセットした金型キャビティ内に、前記囲繞部及び前記リブとなる合成樹脂を射出する工程を含む、防振装置用ブラケットの製造方法。
