Claims (10)
- 振動源側に取り付けられる第1取付部材、車体フレーム側に取り付けられる第2取付部材、及び、それら第1取付部材および第2取付部材の間を連結すると共にゴム状弾性体から形成される防振基体を有するマウント体と、
前記第1取付部材に一側が締結固定されると共に他側が前記振動源側に締結固定される連結部材と、
その連結部材に装着されるストッパゴムと、
前記第2取付部材を保持する保持部材と、
その保持部材に配設され前記連結部材の一側を取り囲むと共に前記連結部材を前記第1取付部材に締結固定するためのボルトを挿通するための挿通孔が形成される変位規制部材とを備えた防振装置において、
前記ストッパゴムは、前記連結部材の前記第1取付部材と反対側の面に載置され前記連結部材がリバウンド方向へ変位された際に前記変位規制部材に当接される載置部と、その載置部の外縁に形成されるフック部とを備え、
前記連結部材は、前記フック部が係合される被係合部を備えることを特徴とする防振装置。 - 前記連結部材の被係合部は、前記第1取付部材と前記変位規制部材との間に前記連結部材が挿入される際の挿入先端側に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の防振装置。
- 前記連結部材の被係合部は、前記連結部材の側面から突出される突出部として形成され、
前記第1取付部材は、前記変位規制部材へ向けて立設される立設部を備えると共に、前記立設部は、前記連結部材の被係合部を受け入れて係合される受入部を備え、前記突出部が前記受入部に受け入れられることで、前記連結部材を前記第1取付部材に対して位置決めされることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の防振装置。 - 前記連結部材の挿入先端側が前記立設部に当接されると、前記第1取付部材に対して前記連結部材が締結可能な位置に配置されると共に、前記被係合部が前記受入部に受け入れられることを特徴とする請求項3記載の防振装置。
- 前記連結部材が前記第1取付部材に締結固定された状態では、前記ストッパゴムのフック部が前記連結部材の被係合部との係合を解除する方向へ変位されることを規制可能な位置に前記立設部が配設されることを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載の防振装置。
- 前記受入部は、前記立設部の立設先端から前記第1取付部材側の基部まで凹欠されるスリット状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項3から5のいずれかに記載の防振装置。
- 前記連結部材は、その連結部材を前記第1取付部材に締結固定するためのボルトの頭部を収容する収容凹部と、その収容凹部の内部空間を外部に連通させる連通孔とを備えることを特徴とする請求項6記載の防振装置。
- 前記連結部材の連通孔は、前記収容凹部の周方向において前記被係合部と同位相となる位置に配設されることを特徴とする請求項7記載の防振装置。
- 前記連結部材の被係合部は、前記連結部材の側面から突出される突出部として形成され、
前記ストッパゴムは、前記連結部材の一側が挿通される開口を有すると共に前記載置部の外縁に連設される内装部を備え、
前記フック部は、前記連結部材の被係合部が挿通される開口を備え、
前記内装部の開口と前記フック部の開口とが同一の方向を向いていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の防振装置。 - 前記第1取付部材は、前記変位規制部材へ向けて立設される立設部を備え、
前記防振基体に予圧縮が付与された状態で前記第2取付部材が前記保持部材に保持されると、前記立設部が介在されることで、前記第1取付部材と前記変位規制部材との間に前記連結部材の一側を挿入可能な隙間が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の防振装置。
