Description
上フランジ部33は、被保持部32の上端縁部に設けられており、被保持部32に対して径方向外側に突出している。下フランジ部34は、被保持部32の下端縁部に設けられており、被保持部32に対して径方向外側に突出している。下フランジ部34の下端部には磁石(ホルダ側部材)38が収容されている。磁石38は、下フランジ部34の中央に配置されている。

前記ホルダ側部材に対して離れる方向の第1の力または前記ホルダ側部材を引き寄せる第2の力を前記ホルダ側部材との間に生じ、かつ、前記搬送路に沿って配置される螺旋形状の螺旋部材と、
前記螺旋部材を回転する回転手段と
を具備することを特徴とする搬送装置。

前記搬送路は、前記ホルダが走行する走行壁部を具備し、
前記螺旋部材は、前記走行壁部を挟んで前記ホルダに対して反対側に配置される
ことを特徴とする[1]に記載の搬送装置。

前記走行壁部の幅方向中央部に、前記ホルダ側と前記回転部材側とを連通する連通溝部を具備する
ことを特徴とする[2]に記載の搬送装置。
Claims (1)
- 被搬送物を収容し、かつ、ホルダ側部材を具備するホルダと、
前記ホルダの移動を案内する搬送路と、
前記ホルダ側部材に対して離れる方向の第1の力または前記ホルダ側部材を引き寄せる第2の力を前記ホルダ側部材との間に生じ、かつ、前記搬送路に沿って配置される螺旋形状の螺旋部材と、
前記螺旋部材を回転する回転手段と
を具備し、
前記ホルダは、前記被搬送物を保持する被搬送物保持部、前記被搬送物保持部の下端に形成された被保持部、前記被保持部の上端縁部に形成された上フランジ部、及び、前記被保持部の下端縁部に形成された下フランジ部を具備し、
前記搬送路は、一対の側壁部、及び前記一対の側壁部のそれぞれに設けられて、他方の側壁部に向かって突出し、間に前記被保持部を配置する連通溝部を有して対向する、前記ホルダが走行する走行壁部を具備し、
前記螺旋部材は、前記走行壁部を挟んで前記被搬送物保持部に対して反対側に配置される
ことを特徴とする搬送装置。
