Claims (7)
- 柱の間を連結する上部水平部に装着される上部支持部;
前記上部水平部の下方に配置されて前記柱の間を連結する下部水平部に装着され、前記上部支持部と対角線方向に配置される下部支持部;および、
前記上部支持部と前記下部支持部に結合されて衝撃を吸収するダンパー部を含むことと、
前記下部水平部は前記柱を連結する下部水平バーと、前記下部水平バーを覆う下部スラブを含み、
前記下部支持部は、
前記下部スラブの上面に配置される下部鋼板部;
前記下部鋼板部から上方に延長される下部突出板部;および、
前記ダンパー部の回転角度を調節して前記下部突出板部に固定させる下部ダンパー固定部を含むことと、
前記下部支持部は、
前記下部鋼板部を前記下部水平バーに固定させる下部鋼板固定部をさらに含むことと、
前記下部鋼板固定部は前記下部スラブを貫通して前記下部水平バーに打ち込まれるボルトであることと、
を特徴とする、耐震補強装置。 - 前記上部支持部は
前記上部水平部の両端部にそれぞれ装着されるサイド支持部;および
前記上部水平部に装着され、前記サイド支持部の間に配置されるセンター支持部を含み、
前記下部支持部は前記サイド支持部と前記センター支持部の間に水平方向に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の耐震補強装置。 - 前記ダンパー部は前記上部支持部と前記下部支持部の間でジグザグ状に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の耐震補強装置。
- 前記ダンパー部は前記柱の間で「W」字状を有するように配置されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の耐震補強装置。
- 前記上部水平部は前記柱を連結する上部水平バーと、前記上部水平バーを覆う上部スラブを含み、
前記上部支持部は、
前記上部水平バーの底面に配置される上部鋼板部;
前記上部鋼板部から下方に延長される上部突出板部;
前記ダンパー部の回転角度を調節して前記上部突出板部に固定させる上部ダンパー固定部;および、
前記上部鋼板部を前記上部水平バーに固定させる上部鋼板固定部を含むことと、
前記上部鋼板固定部は、
前記上部スラブに装着される一つ以上の上部固定ヘッド部;
前記上部固定ヘッド部から延長され、前記上部スラブと前記上部鋼板部を貫通し、前記上部水平バーの外側に配置される上部固定貫通部;および、
前記上部スラブに装着され、前記上部固定貫通部に螺合され、前記上部鋼板部を押圧する上部固定組立部
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の耐震補強装置。 - 前記ダンパー部は
前記上部支持部に結合されるダンパー上部締結部;
前記下部支持部に結合されるダンパー下部締結部;
前記ダンパー上部締結部と前記ダンパー下部締結部を連結し、油圧によって長さが調節されるダンパー油圧部;および
前記ダンパー上部締結部と前記ダンパー下部締結部を弾性支持するダンパー弾性部を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の耐震補強装置。 - 前記ダンパー部は
前記ダンパー上部締結部と前記ダンパー下部締結部を連結し、前記ダンパー弾性部をカバーし、長さが可変されるようにしわのある形状を有するダンパーしわカバー部をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の耐震補強装置。
