Description
Claims (10)
- 仕切板によって収納ケースの内部において電池モジュールを含む所定の各部が上下に仕切られると共に前記仕切板の下方に前記電池モジュールが配置された車載用バッテリーであって、
前記収納ケースは前記電池モジュールが配置された底面部と前側締結部を有する前面部と後側締結部を有する後面部とを有し、
前記仕切板は前記収納ケースの内部空間を上下に仕切る仕切ベース部と前記仕切ベース部の前端に連続された前側被固定部と前記仕切ベース部の後端に連続された後側被固定部とを有し、
前記仕切板は前記前側被固定部が前記前側締結部に固定され前記後側被固定部が前記後側締結部に固定され、
前記底面部は前記後面部より強度が高くされ、
前記後側被固定部は前記仕切ベース部より強度が高くされ、
前記収納ケースに後方から衝撃が付与されたときに、前記後面部が変形されると共に前記仕切ベース部が上方に変位する方向に屈曲可能にされた
車載用バッテリー。 - 前記仕切ベース部における前記前側被固定部と前記後側被固定部の間には上方に突出する状態に屈曲された屈曲部が設けられた
請求項1に記載の車載用バッテリー。 - 前記仕切ベース部における前記屈曲部より前側の部分が前側面部として設けられ前記屈曲部より後側の部分が後側面部として設けられ、
前記前側面部が前記後側面部より上方に位置された
請求項2に記載の車載用バッテリー。 - 前記仕切板には第1の高電圧機器と第2の高電圧機器が前後に離隔して取り付けられ、
前記屈曲部が前記第1の高電圧機器と前記第2の高電圧機器の間に設けられた
請求項2又は請求項3に記載の車載用バッテリー。 - 前記屈曲部が前記仕切板の左端部から右端部に亘って設けられた
請求項2、請求項3又は請求項4に記載の車載用バッテリー。 - 仕切板によって収納ケースの内部において電池モジュールを含む所定の各部が上下に仕切られると共に前記仕切板の下方に前記電池モジュールが配置された車載用バッテリーであって、
前記収納ケースは前記電池モジュールが配置された底面部と前側締結部を有する前面部と後側締結部を有する後面部とを有し、
前記仕切板は前記収納ケースの内部空間を上下に仕切る仕切ベース部と前記仕切ベース部の前端に連続された前側被固定部と前記仕切ベース部の後端に連続された後側被固定部とを有し、
前記仕切板は前記前側被固定部が前記前側締結部に固定され前記後側被固定部が前記後側締結部に固定され、
前記仕切板の前記前側被固定部と前記後側被固定部の間には上方に突出する状態に屈曲された屈曲部が設けられ、
前記収納ケースに後方から衝撃が付与されたときに、前記後面部が変形されると共に前記仕切ベース部が上方に変位する方向に屈曲可能にされた
車載用バッテリー。 - 前記仕切板における前記屈曲部より前側の部分が前側面部として設けられ前記屈曲部より後側の部分が後側面部として設けられ、
