Abstract
【課題】 後方からの衝撃の付与時に仕切板の電池モジュールに対する接触を防止して電池モジュールを保護し衝撃による電池モジュールの損傷を防止する。
【解決手段】 仕切板16によって収納ケース3の内部において電池モジュール5を含む所定の各部が上下に仕切られると共に仕切板の下方に電池モジュールが配置され、収納ケースは電池モジュールが配置された底面部6と前側締結部13を有する前面部9と後側締結部15を有する後面部11とを有し、仕切板は収納ケースの内部空間を上下に仕切る仕切ベース部17と仕切ベース部の前端に連続された前側被固定部22と仕切ベース部の後端に連続された後側被固定部24とを有し、仕切板は前側被固定部が前側締結部に固定され後側被固定部が後側締結部に固定され、底面部は後面部より強度が高くされ、後側被固定部は仕切ベース部より強度が高くされた。

Claims (10)
- 仕切板によって収納ケースの内部において電池モジュールを含む所定の各部が上下に仕切られると共に前記仕切板の下方に前記電池モジュールが配置された車載用バッテリーであって、
前記収納ケースは前記電池モジュールが配置された底面部と前側締結部を有する前面部と後側締結部を有する後面部とを有し、
前記仕切板は前記収納ケースの内部空間を上下に仕切る仕切ベース部と前記仕切ベース部の前端に連続された前側被固定部と前記仕切ベース部の後端に連続された後側被固定部とを有し、
前記仕切板は前記前側被固定部が前記前側締結部に固定され前記後側被固定部が前記後側締結部に固定され、
前記底面部は前記後面部より強度が高くされ、
前記後側被固定部は前記仕切ベース部より強度が高くされた
車載用バッテリー。 - 前記仕切ベース部における前記前側被固定部と前記後側被固定部の間には上方に突出する状態に屈曲された屈曲部が設けられた

前記収納ケースは前記電池モジュールが配置された底面部と前側締結部を有する前面部と後側締結部を有する後面部とを有し、
前記仕切板は前記収納ケースの内部空間を上下に仕切る仕切ベース部と前記仕切ベース部の前端に連続された前側被固定部と前記仕切ベース部の後端に連続された後側被固定部とを有し、
前記仕切板は前記前側被固定部が前記前側締結部に固定され前記後側被固定部が前記後側締結部に固定され、
前記仕切板の前記前側被固定部と前記後側被固定部の間には上方に突出する状態に屈曲された屈曲部が設けられた
