Claims (4)
- 電動車両を駆動するバッテリ(17)をケース(12)の内部に収納したバッテリパックであって、
前記ケース(12)の底壁(12a)に車幅方向に延びる骨格部材(14)が設けられ、前記骨格部材(14)の断面形状は上壁(14a)、一対の側壁(14b)および一対のフランジ(14c)を有して下向きに開放するハット状断面であり、前記フランジ(14c)が前記ケース(12)の底壁(12a)に固定され、前記バッテリ(17)の底面が前記フランジ(14c)の上面に固定されることを特徴とするバッテリパック。
- 折り曲げた板材で構成される補強部材(39)が前記ケース(12)の車幅方向外側部に沿って設けられ、前記補強部材(39)の下部が前記ケース(12)の底壁(12a)下面に回り込んで重合部(40)で固定され、前記バッテリ(17)の他の一部が前記重合部(40)の上方で前記ケース(12)の底壁(12a)に支持されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記バッテリ(17)は複数のバッテリセル(18)を積層して構成したバッテリモジュール(17)であり、前記バッテリモジュール(17)のセル積層方向は前記骨格部材(14)に対して平行な方向であることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記バッテリ(17)は複数のバッテリセル(18)を積層して構成したバッテリモジュール(17)であり、前記バッテリモジュール(17)のセル積層方向は前記骨格部材(14)に対して直交する方向であり、前記バッテリモジュール(17)のセル積層方向両端部が前記骨格部材(14)に支持されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
