Claims (4)
- バッテリと、収納箱体と、高電圧部品と、を具備し、
前記収納箱体は、前記バッテリが収納されると共に、衝突が発生した際に作用する荷重を伝達する荷重伝達部を有し、
前記高電圧部品は、前記バッテリと電気的に接続されると共に、前記荷重伝達部と構造的に接続され、且つ、前記収納箱体の内部で前記バッテリよりも前側に配置され、
前記収納箱体は、前記バッテリが載置されるバッテリパンと、前記バッテリを上方から塞ぐバッテリボックスカバーと、を有し、
前記荷重伝達部は、前記収納箱体の上方部分に配置されたカバーフレームであり、
前記カバーフレームは、前端側が前記収納箱体の前方端部に接合され且つ前記高電圧部品と構造的に接続され、後端側が前記収納箱体の後方端部に接合されることを特徴とするバッテリパック。 - 前記収納箱体の後面の上方部分を後方に向かって突出させることで上部突出部を形成し、
前記カバーフレームは、前記収納箱体の後面であって、前記上部突出部よりも上方側に接合し、
前記バッテリパンの後面下部を後方に向かって突出させた下部突出部を、更に有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。 - 前記上部突出部は、前記バッテリボックスカバーと前記バッテリパンとの間に配置された後部バッテリフレームを含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記バッテリパンの内部の下方部分で、前記バッテリパンの後端側から前端側に向かって伸びる剛性部材である下部フレームを、更に具備することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3の何れかに記載のバッテリパック。
