Description
Claims (5)
- 車両における車室空間よりも前方の車両前部空間の車両幅方向の右側及び左側に配置されそれぞれ車両前後方向に延伸する一対のフロントサイドメンバと、
前記車両前部空間において前記一対のフロントサイドメンバで区画される領域に配置される燃料電池ユニットと、
前記フロントサイドメンバ上に配置される高電圧部品と、
前記燃料電池ユニットと前記高電圧部品との間で、前記フロントサイドメンバの車両内側の側面に取り付けられた衝撃吸収材と、
を備え、
上面視において、前記高電圧部品の車両内側縁部は、前記フロントサイドメンバの車両内側縁部よりも車両外側に配置される、車両前部構造。 - 前記車両における前記車室空間と前記車両前部空間とを仕切るダッシュパネルと、
前記車両前部空間において前記フロントサイドメンバに結合され車両上側に延びるサスペンションタワーと、を備え、
前記燃料電池ユニットは、前記車両前部空間において前記ダッシュパネルと前記一対のフロントサイドメンバとで区画される領域に配置され、
前記高電圧部品は、前記ダッシュパネルと前記サスペンションタワーとの間の領域で前記フロントサイドメンバ上に配置される、請求項1に記載の車両前部構造。 - 車両における車室空間と車両前部空間とを仕切るダッシュパネルと、
前記車両前部空間の車両幅方向の右側及び左側に配置されそれぞれ車両前後方向に延伸する一対のフロントサイドメンバと、
前記車両前部空間において前記ダッシュパネルと前記一対のフロントサイドメンバとで区画される領域に配置される燃料電池ユニットと、
前記ダッシュパネルよりも車両前側で前記フロントサイドメンバ上に配置される高電圧部品と、
前記燃料電池ユニットと前記高電圧部品との間で、前記フロントサイドメンバの車両内側の側面に取り付けられた衝撃吸収材とを備え、
上面視において、
前記燃料電池ユニットの車両外側縁部は、前記衝撃吸収材の車両内側縁部よりも車両内側に配置され、
前記高電圧部品の車両内側縁部は、前記衝撃吸収材の車両内側縁部よりも車両外側に配置される、車両前部構造。 - 前記衝撃吸収材は、
板材を延伸方向に沿って谷面と山面とを交互に並べて折り曲げた蛇腹形状を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の車両前部構造。 - 前記燃料電池ユニットにおいて車両外側に突き出す突出部の車両前後方向に沿った長さをLとして、
前記衝撃吸収材は、
延伸方向に沿った前記山面の長さを前記谷面の長さと同じとし、延伸方向に沿った(前記山面+前記谷面)の繰り返しのピッチをPとし、前記山面の総数をNとして、P=(L/n)及びN≧(n+1)であり(nは整数)、延伸方向を車両前後方向とし、前記山面を車両内側に向けて前記フロントサイドメンバの車両内側の側面に配置されている、請求項4に記載の車両前部構造。
