Claims (4)
- バッテリセルを収納するバッテリケースを有するバッテリパックが車両のフロアパネルの下側に配置され、
前記バッテリパックの外部との間で電力を送受するケーブルが接続される接続端子部が、前記バッテリケースの側面部に設けられた車両のバッテリ搭載構造であって、
前記バッテリパックは、前記接続端子部の下方であって前記接続端子部と上下方向で重なる位置に、前記バッテリケースの側面に沿って延びる補強部材を備え、
前記補強部材は、その上側ほど前記バッテリケースの中心から離れるように傾斜する傾斜面部と、前記傾斜面部の上端部から前記バッテリケースの中心側に向かって折り曲げられて前記バッテリケースと接合される上側接合部と、前記傾斜面部の下端部から前記バッテリケースの中心側に向かって折り曲げられて前記バッテリケースと接合される下側接合部と、を有し、
車両側面視で前記傾斜面部に沿う仮想線を設定したとき、前記接続端子部は、前記仮想線と前記フロアパネルと前記バッテリケースの前記側面部とに囲まれる領域に配置され、車両後方を向く前記側面部に形成された開口部から車両後方に突出し、
前記バッテリパックは、前記バッテリケースの上部を構成するアッパケースと、前記バッテリケースの下部を構成するロアケースとを有し、
前記アッパケースおよび前記ロアケースはそれぞれフランジ部を有し、
前記バッテリケースは、前記アッパケースの前記フランジ部と前記ロアケースの前記フランジ部とが上下方向に重ね合わされたフランジ重ね合わせ部を有し、
前記フランジ重ね合わせ部は、前記接続端子部と前記補強部材との間を横切るように配置され、かつ、前記接続端子部をその下方側から覆い、
前記フランジ重ね合わせ部の後端は、前記補強部材の後端よりも車両後方に配置されて、前記バッテリケースの前記側面部から、少なくとも前記仮想線まで延びていることを特徴とする車両のバッテリ搭載構造。 - 前記接続端子部は前記バッテリケースの車両後方を向く前記側面部に設けられ、
前記バッテリパックよりも後方の前記フロアパネルには、車両下方に向かって窪む凹部が設けられ、
前記凹部の前面部と前記接続端子部とは、車両前後方向に対向しており、
前記フランジ重ね合わせ部は、前記凹部の底部よりも車両上下方向で上方に位置していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両のバッテリ搭載構造。 - 前記フロアパネルの上側における前記バッテリパックの上方の位置に、リヤシートバックおよびリヤシートクッションからなるリヤシートが搭載され、
前記リヤシートクッションは、前記リヤシートクッションの車両下方であって前記フロアパネルの上側に搭載されたリヤシートクッションマウントを介して前記フロアパネルに固定されており、
前記リヤシートクッションマウントは、前記仮想線と重なる位置に配置され、
前記リヤシートクッションマウントの後端部に、前記フロアパネルの前記凹部の前側の起点が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両のバッテリ搭載構造。 - 前記アッパケースにおける前記接続端子部が配置される前記側面部を含む一部が、車両上方に隆起しており、
前記側面部は、その上側ほど前記バッテリパックの中心に近づくように傾斜しており、
前記側面部には、前記接続端子部を取付けるための取付部材が設けられており、
前記取付部材は、前記バッテリケースの前記側面部に固定される外周部と、前記外周部よりも前記取付部材の中心側に配置され、前記外周部に対して隆起する隆起部と、前記隆起部よりもさらに前記取付部材の中心側に配置され、前記接続端子部が設けられた垂直面部と、からなり、
前記隆起部の少なくとも下側部分が前記垂直面部よりも突出していることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3の何れか1項に記載の車両のバッテリ搭載構造。
