Claims (7)
- バッテリモジュールと、前記バッテリモジュールを収納するバッテリケースと、を有するバッテリパックがフロアパネルの下側に配置され、
前記バッテリパックの車両後方を向く後面部に、給電用のケーブルが接続される接続端子部が設けられた車両のバッテリ搭載構造であって、
車幅方向に延びるクロスメンバが、前記フロアパネルにおける前記バッテリパックの後方に設けられ、
前記フロアパネルは、前記クロスメンバの後方の近傍に下方に凹む凹部を有し、
前記凹部は、車幅方向に延びる前面と、車両前後方向に延びる側面と、前記前面から前記側面にわたって車幅方向の外側ほど後方に位置するように湾曲する湾曲面と、を有し、
前記接続端子部は、前記凹部の前方であって、前記前面と前記湾曲面との両方と車両前後方向で対向する位置に配置され、
前記バッテリパックは、前記後面部における前記接続端子部よりも下方で前記接続端子部と上下方向で重なる位置に、車幅方向に延びる補強部材を有し、
前記後面部は、後方ほど低くなるように後ろ下がりに傾斜する上側傾斜面部を有し、
前記補強部材の後端を通って車両上下方向に延びる第1仮想線を設定した場合、
前記接続端子部の取付基部は、前記第1仮想線と前記上側傾斜面部とで囲まれた領域に配置され、
前記接続端子部は、前記上側傾斜面部に配置されており、
前記補強部材は、上側ほど前記バッテリパックから後方に離れるように後ろ上がりに傾斜する下側傾斜面部を有し、
車両側方視で前記下側傾斜面部に沿って延びる第2仮想線を設定したとき、
前記接続端子部は、前記第2仮想線と前記上側傾斜面部とで挟まれる領域に配置されていることを特徴とする車両のバッテリ搭載構造。 - 前記補強部材は、その内部に空間を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両のバッテリ搭載構造。
- 前記バッテリケースは、前記バッテリモジュールを上方から覆い、縁部に上側フランジを有するアッパケースと、前記バッテリモジュールを下方から覆い、前記上側フランジと接合される下側フランジを有するロアケースとから構成され、
前記バッテリパックは、前記上側フランジと前記下側フランジとが上下方向に重ねて接合されたフランジ重ね合わせ部を有し、
前記フランジ重ね合わせ部の後端は、車両側方視で前記バッテリパックの前記補強部材の後端よりも後方に位置し、
前記接続端子部は、前記フランジ重ね合わせ部よりも上方に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両のバッテリ搭載構造。 - 車両上下方向で、前記フランジ重ね合わせ部は、前記補強部材と前記接続端子部との間に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の車両のバッテリ搭載構造。
- 車両側面視で、前記フランジ重ね合わせ部は、前記凹部の底面を形成する底面部よりも車両上下方向で高い位置に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の車両のバッテリ搭載構造。
- 前記湾曲面は、前記凹部の車幅方向の両端部に左右で一対設けられ、
一対の前記湾曲面のうち一方の前記湾曲面の前方に、前記接続端子部が配置され、
一対の前記湾曲面のうち他方の前記湾曲面は、一方の前記湾曲面よりも小さな曲率に形成され、
前記ケーブルは他方の前記湾曲面に沿って配索されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の車両のバッテリ搭載構造。 - 前記接続端子部は取付部材を介して前記上側傾斜面部に設けられており、
前記取付部材は、
前記上側傾斜面部に固定される外周部と、
前記外周部の内側に設けられ、車両上下方向に延び、かつ、車両後方を向いて形成された垂直面部と、を有し、
前記接続端子部は、前記垂直面部に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の車両のバッテリ搭載構造。
