Claims (8)
- バッテリモジュールと、前記バッテリモジュールを収納するバッテリケースと、を有するバッテリパックがフロアパネルの下側に配置され、
前記フロアパネルの車幅方向の中央部に、車両前後方向に延びるフロアトンネルが形成され、
前記バッテリパックの前端部における前記フロアトンネルの下方の位置に、電装部品と前記バッテリパックとを接続するケーブルが連結されるコネクタが設けられた車両のバッテリ搭載構造であって、
前記バッテリパックの前端部に、車体に取り付けられる左右で一対の取付部が設けられ、
前記フロアパネルの下面に、一対の前記取付部と前記フロアトンネルとに接続され、車幅方向に延びる接続部材が設けられ、
下面視で、前記バッテリパックと前記取付部と前記接続部材とにより囲まれた領域に前記コネクタが配置されていることを特徴とする車両のバッテリ搭載構造。 - 前記フロアパネルには、前記フロアトンネルと前記フロアパネルの左右の側端部との間で車両前後方向に延びる左右で一対のサイドメンバが設けられており、
前記接続部材は、一対の前記サイドメンバに接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両のバッテリ搭載構造。 - 前記フロアトンネルは、前記フロアパネルに接合される境界部を有し、
前記取付部の車幅方向内側の端部は、車幅方向で前記境界部の位置まで延びていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の車両のバッテリ搭載構造。 - 前記取付部の車幅方向内側の端部は、平面視で車両後方ほど車幅方向内側に位置するように傾斜していることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の車両のバッテリ搭載構造。
- 前記取付部は、
前記バッテリパックの車幅方向外側端部から前方に延び、前下がりに傾斜するように上方に膨出する本体部と、
前記本体部の車幅方向の内側に設けられ、前記本体部よりも小さな膨出量で前下がりに傾斜する拡張部と、
前記本体部と前記拡張部との間で前後方向に延びる段差を形成する段差部と、を有していることを特徴とする請求項3または請求項4に記載の車両のバッテリ搭載構造。 - 前記取付部は、上面を構成する上側取付部と、下面を構成する下側取付部とからなり、
前記上側取付部および前記下側取付部の少なくとも何れか一方は、前方ほど他方側に近づくように傾斜し、
前記上側取付部および前記下側取付部の間に空間が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4の何れか1項に記載の車両のバッテリ搭載構造。 - 前記バッテリパックの下面における前記コネクタより車両後方の位置に、車幅方向に延びる補強部材が設けられ、
一対の前記取付部は、前記補強部材と接合されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6の何れか1項に記載の車両のバッテリ搭載構造。 - 前記コネクタは、車幅方向視で前記取付部と重なる高さに配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7の何れか1項に記載の車両のバッテリ搭載構造。
