Claims (8)
- 運動案内装置の案内レールの締結部材挿入用の孔を塞ぐためのキャップであって、
円盤状の上面部と、
前記上面部から垂下する円筒状の側面部と、
前記側面部の外周面に設けられる複数の突起と、を備え、
前記複数の突起は、前記側面部の前記外周面に円周方向に互いに離れると共に、前記外周面の上端部又は前記上端部から軸方向の中間部まで存在し、
前記突起間における前記側面部の厚さが、前記上面部の厚さよりも薄く、
前記上面部は、厚さが厚い中央部と、前記中央部よりも厚さが薄い周辺部と、を有し、
リング状の前記周辺部の全範囲内において、前記周辺部は前記中央部よりも厚さが薄い運動案内装置用のキャップ。 - 前記上面部の下面の周縁には、リング状の溝が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の運動案内装置用のキャップ。
- 前記突起間における前記側面部の厚さが、前記上面部の前記中央部の厚さよりも薄いことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の運動案内装置用のキャップ。
- 前記側面部の前記外周面の前記上端部には、前記締結部材挿入用の孔の面取り部に載置される鍔が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の運動案内装置用のキャップ。
- 前記鍔の上面には、断面円弧状の面取り部が設けられることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の運動案内装置用のキャップ。
- 前記突起間における前記側面部の厚さが、前記上面部の前記周辺部の厚さ以上であること特徴とする請求項3に記載の運動案内装置用のキャップ。
- 前記上面部の上面からの前記突起の下端までの突起高さが、前記キャップの全高さの1/2以上であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の運動案内装置用のキャップ。
- 前記側面部の前記外周面の全周のうち前記複数の突起が前記締結部材挿入用の孔に接触する総範囲が20%以上60%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項に記載の運動案内装置用のキャップ。
