Description
[化学式1]
LiFe1−x−zMxM’zPyO4
前記化学式1において、
Mは、バナジウム(V)であり、
M’は、コバルト(Co)、マンガン(Mn)、マグネシウム(Mg)、ジルコニウム(Zr)、ニッケル(Ni)またはこれらの組み合わせであり、
0<x<0.20、0≦z<0.20および0.90≦y<1.20を満たす。
〔製造例1−1〕
Li2CO3、FeC2O4・2H2O、NH4VO3および(NH4)2HPO4を水で混合してボールミル工程を行った。この時、FeC2O4・2H2O、NH4VO3および(NH4)2HPO4の混合比率は、原料物質に含まれているFe:V:PO4のモル比が0.99:0.01:1.00になるように混合した。
Fe:V:PO4のモル比が0.99:0.01:1.03になるように混合したことを除いては、製造例1−1と同様な方法でLiFe0.99V0.01P1.03O4で表される正極活物質を得た。
Fe:V:PO4のモル比が0.97:0.03:1.00になるように混合したことを除いては、製造例1−1と同様な方法でLiFe0.97V0.03PO4で表される正極活物質を得た。
Fe:V:PO4のモル比が0.95:0.05:1.00になるように混合したことを除いては、製造例1−1と同様な方法でLiFe0.95V0.05PO4で表される正極活物質を得た。
Fe:V:PO4のモル比が0.95:0.05:1.03になるように混合したことを除いては、製造例1−1と同様な方法でLiFe0.95V0.05P1.03O4で表される正極活物質を得た。
Fe:V:PO4のモル比が0.95:0.05:1.06になるように混合したことを除いては、製造例1−1と同様な方法でLiFe0.95V0.05P1.06O4で表される正極活物質を得た。
Fe:V:PO4のモル比が0.93:0.07:1.00になるように混合したことを除いては、製造例1−1と同様な方法でLiFe0.93V0.07PO4で表される正極活物質を得た。
Fe:V:PO4のモル比が0.91:0.09:1.00になるように混合したことを除いては、製造例1−1と同様な方法でLiFe0.91V0.09PO4で表される正極活物質を得た。
Fe:V:PO4のモル比が0.91:0.09:1.03になるように混合したことを除いては、製造例1−1と同様な方法でLiFe0.91V0.09P1.03O4で表される正極活物質を得た。
Fe:V:PO4のモル比が0.91:0.09:1.06になるように混合したことを除いては、製造例1−1と同様な方法でLiFe0.91V0.09P1.06O4で表される正極活物質を得た。
Li2CO3、FeC2O4・2H2O、NH4VO3、Co(NO3)2および(NH4)2HPO4を水で混合してボールミル工程を行った。この時、FeC2O4・2H2O、NH4VO3、Co(NO3)2および(NH4)2HPO4の混合比率は、原料物質に含まれているFe:V:Co:PO4のモル比が0.94:0.05:0.01:1.00になるように混合した。
Fe:V:Co:PO4のモル比が0.925:0.05:0.025:1.00になるように混合したことを除いては、製造例6−1と同様な方法でLiFe0.925V0.05Co0.025PO4で表される正極活物質を得た。
Fe:V:Co:PO4のモル比が0.90:0.05:0.050:1.00になるように混合したことを除いては、製造例6−1と同様な方法でLiFe0.90V0.05Co0.050PO4で表される正極活物質を得た。
NH4VO3およびCo(NO3)2を含まずに、FeC2O4・2H2O2および(NH4)2HPO4に含まれているFe:PO4のモル比が1:1になるように混合したことを除いては、実施例1−1と同様な方法にてLiFePO4で表される正極活物質を得た。
〔実施例1−1〕
製造例1−1による正極活物質90質量%、カーボンブラック5質量%およびポリフッ化ビニリデン5質量%をN−メチルピロリドン溶媒で混合して正極活物質スラリーを製造した。正極活物質スラリーをアルミニウム箔の上に塗布して薄い極板形態とした後、120℃で1時間乾燥し、圧延(pressing)して正極を製造した。
製造例1−1による正極活物質の代わりに製造例1−2による正極活物質を使用したことを除いては、実施例1−1と同様な方法でコインタイプの半電池を製作した。
製造例1−1による正極活物質の代わりに製造例2−1による正極活物質を使用したことを除いては、実施例1−1と同様な方法でコインタイプの半電池を製作した。
製造例1−1による正極活物質の代わりに製造例3−1による正極活物質を使用したことを除いては、実施例1−1と同様な方法でコインタイプの半電池を製作した。
製造例1−1による正極活物質の代わりに製造例3−2による正極活物質を使用したことを除いては、実施例1−1と同様な方法でコインタイプの半電池を製作した。
製造例1−1による正極活物質の代わりに製造例3−3による正極活物質を使用したことを除いては、実施例1−1と同様な方法でコインタイプの半電池を製作した。
製造例1−1による正極活物質の代わりに製造例4−1による正極活物質を使用したことを除いては、実施例1−1と同様な方法でコインタイプの半電池を製作した。
製造例1−1による正極活物質の代わりに製造例5−1による正極活物質を使用したことを除いては、実施例1−1と同様な方法でコインタイプの半電池を製作した。
製造例1−1による正極活物質の代わりに製造例5−2による正極活物質を使用したことを除いては、実施例1−1と同様な方法でコインタイプの半電池を製作した。
製造例1−1による正極活物質の代わりに製造例5−3による正極活物質を使用したことを除いては、実施例1−1と同様な方法でコインタイプの半電池を製作した。
製造例1−1による正極活物質の代わりに製造例6−1による正極活物質を使用したことを除いては、実施例1−1と同様な方法でコインタイプの半電池を製作した。
製造例1−1による正極活物質の代わりに製造例6−2による正極活物質を使用したことを除いては、実施例1−1と同様な方法でコインタイプの半電池を製作した。
製造例1−1による正極活物質の代わりに製造例6−3による正極活物質を使用したことを除いては、実施例1−1と同様な方法でコインタイプの半電池を製作した。
製造例1−1による正極活物質の代わりに比較製造例による正極活物質を使用したことを除いては、実施例1−1と同様な方法でコインタイプの半電池を製作した。
実施例1−1〜6−3および比較例による半電池の充放電特性を評価した。
実施例1−1〜6−3による半電池の寿命特性を評価した。

Claims (10)
- 下記化学式1で表されるリチウム含有化合物を含む、正極活物質:
LiFe1−x−zMxM’zPyO4 …化学式1
前記化学式1において、
Mは、バナジウム(V)であり、
M’は、コバルト(Co)、マンガン(Mn)、ジルコニウム(Zr)、ニッケル(Ni)またはこれらの組み合わせであり、
0<x<0.20、0<z<0.20および0.90≦y<1.20を満たす。 - 前記xとyの比率は、0.009≦x/y≦0.09を満たす、請求項1に記載の正極活物質。
- 前記xとyの比率は、0.03≦x/y≦0.07を満たす、請求項1又は2に記載の正極活物質。
- 前記xとyの比率は、x/y=0.05を満たす、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の正極活物質。
- 前記xとzの比率は、0.5≦x/z≦5を満たす、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の正極活物質。
- 前記xとzの比率は、x/z=2を満たす、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の正極活物質。
- 前記M’は、コバルト(Co)である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の正極活物質。
- 前記正極活物質の1次粒子は、50〜1000nmの大きさを有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の正極活物質。
- 前記正極活物質の1次粒子は、50〜200nmの大きさを有する、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の正極活物質。
- 請求項1〜9項のいずれか一項に記載の正極活物質を含む正極、
負極、および
電解液
を含む、リチウム2次電池。
