Claims (1)
- 大気より酸素濃度の低い雰囲気下で、Li(リチウム)及びP(リン)を含む化合物を、窒素バブリングを施して酸素濃度を4.5ppm以下とした水に溶解して、Li及びPを含む溶液を生成する工程と、
大気より酸素濃度の低い雰囲気下で、Fe(鉄)、Co(コバルト)、Ni(ニッケル)、及びMn(マンガン)の一つ又は複数の遷移金属を含む化合物を、窒素バブリングを施して酸素濃度を4.5ppm以下とした水に溶解して、Fe、Co、Ni、及びMnの一つ又は複数の遷移金属を含む溶液を生成する工程と、
大気より酸素濃度の低い雰囲気下で、前記Li及びPを含む溶液と、前記遷移金属を含む溶液と、を混合して、混合溶液を生成する工程と、
大気より酸素濃度の低い雰囲気下で、水熱法により、前記混合溶液を用いて一般式LiMPO 4 (Mは、Fe,Co、Ni、及びMnの一つ又は複数)で表される複合酸化物を作製する工程と、を有し、
前記遷移金属を含む溶液を攪拌しながら前記Li及びPを含む溶液を滴下することにより、前記混合溶液を生成することを特徴とする複合酸化物の作製方法。
