Claims (7)
- 集電体上に、活物質及び酸化グラフェンを含むスラリーを塗布し、
前記スラリーを乾燥させて、前記集電体上に活物質層を形成し、
前記集電体上の活物質層を、スペーサとともにロール状に巻き取り、
前記ロール状に巻き取られた状態で、還元液に含浸させて、酸化グラフェンを還元させることを特徴とする蓄電池用電極の製造方法。 - 集電体上に、活物質及び酸化グラフェンを含むスラリーを塗布し、
前記スラリーを乾燥させて、前記集電体上に活物質層を形成し、
前記集電体上の活物質層を、スペーサとともにロール状に巻き取り、
前記ロール状に巻き取られた状態で、還元液に含浸させて、酸化グラフェンを還元させ、
前記スペーサを剥離した後、前記活物質層を還元雰囲気にて乾燥させることを特徴とする蓄電池用電極の製造方法。 - 集電体上に、活物質及び酸化グラフェンを含むスラリーを塗布し、
前記スラリーを乾燥させて、前記集電体上に活物質層を形成し、
前記集電体上の活物質層を、ロール状に巻き取り、
前記ロール状に巻き取られた状態で、還元液に含浸させて、酸化グラフェンを還元させ、
前記活物質層を還元雰囲気にて乾燥させることを特徴とする蓄電池用電極の製造方法。 - 集電体上に、活物質及び酸化グラフェンを含むスラリーを塗布し、
前記スラリーを乾燥させて、前記集電体上に活物質層を形成し、
前記集電体上の活物質層を、スペーサとともに還元液に含浸させて、酸化グラフェンを還元させる蓄電池用電極の製造方法であって、
前記スペーサにより、前記還元液に含まれる溶媒が蒸発して発生した気泡を、前記活物質層から排出させることを特徴とする蓄電池用電極の製造方法。 - 請求項1、2及び4のいずれか一において、
前記スペーサは、濾紙、不織布、又は多孔性支持体を有することを特徴とする蓄電池用電極の製造方法。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれか一において、
前記還元液は、少なくとも還元剤としてアスコルビン酸を有し、溶媒として水を有することを特徴とする蓄電池用電極の製造方法。 - 請求項1乃至6のいずれか一において、
前記還元液のpHは、4以上11以下であることを特徴とする蓄電池用電極の製造方法。
