図1は、第1の実施形態に係る焼成治具を示す斜視図である。なお、以下においては、説明を分かり易くするために、互いに直交するX軸方向、Y軸方向およびZ軸方向を規定し、Z軸正方向を鉛直上向き方向とする。
図8は、第2の実施形態に係る焼成治具1を示す平面図である。なお、以下においては、第1の実施形態と共通の構成については、同一の符号を付して説明を省略する。
図9は、第3の実施形態に係る焼成治具1を示す正面図である。なお、図9においては、図の簡略化のため、受け部16の図示を省略した。
図10は、第4の実施形態に係る焼成治具1を示す平面図である。第1の実施形態との相違点に焦点をおいて説明すると、第4の実施形態に係る焼成治具1においては、枠体11の上面11aの適宜位置、例えば上面11aにおいて辺11L側に、複数個(2個)の規制部50aが形成される。

- 中央側に中空部を有する枠体と、
前記枠体の前記中空部に架け渡され、前記中空部で互いに交差する複数の架橋部と、
前記枠体の下面に一体成型され、前記枠体を支持する支持部と、
前記枠体の上面に形成され、複数の前記枠体が積層される場合に鉛直方向において上方に位置された前記枠体の前記支持部を受ける受け部と
を備え、
前記枠体と前記架橋部とは、
一体成型されており、
前記受け部は、
前記枠体の上面から所定の深さ窪んだ穴であり、
前記受け部である穴の側壁において、前記枠体は、外周側の側壁が形成されておらず、内周側の側壁が形成されていること
を特徴とする焼成治具。 - 前記枠体と前記架橋部とは、
耐火物で成型されること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の焼成治具。 - 前記枠体および前記架橋部の上面に載置されるセッター

前記枠体および前記架橋部の少なくともいずれかの上面に突起部が形成される一方、前記セッターの外周に前記突起部と対応する切り欠き部が形成されること

前記枠体および前記架橋部の少なくともいずれかの上面、および、前記セッターの下面の一方に凹部が形成され、他方に前記凹部と嵌合する凸部が形成されること
を特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の焼成治具。 - 前記架橋部の上面に、前記架橋部によって区画された前記中空部同士を連通する通気溝が形成されること
を特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の焼成治具。 - 前記枠体および前記架橋部の上面に載置されるセッター
を備え、
前記枠体および前記架橋部の少なくともいずれかの上面に、前記セッターの移動を規制する規制部が形成されること
を特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の焼成治具。 - 前記枠体および前記架橋部の上面に載置されるセッター
を備え、
前記枠体および前記架橋部と前記セッターとのうちの少なくともいずれかは、
気孔の平均アスペクト比が2.0以上であり、前記気孔が、互いに向かい合う一方の面から他方の面に向かって一方向に配向するように形成される多孔質セラミックスを有すること
を特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の焼成治具。 - 前記多孔質セラミックスは、
平均気孔径が1〜500μmであり、気孔率が50〜99%であり、気孔径のばらつきが130%以下であること
を特徴とする請求項7に記載の焼成治具。 - 前記枠体および前記架橋部の上面に載置されるセッター
を備え、
前記枠体および前記架橋部と前記セッターとのうちの少なくともいずれかは、
気孔率が50%〜99%であり、気孔の平均アスペクト比が1〜2である多孔質セラミックスを有すること
を特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の焼成治具。 - 前記多孔質セラミックスは、
平均曲げ強度が10MPa以上であること
を特徴とする請求項9に記載の焼成治具。 - 前記多孔質セラミックスは、
耐熱衝撃性が450℃以上であること
を特徴とする請求項9または10に記載の焼成治具。 - 前記多孔質セラミックスは、
平均気孔径のばらつきが10%以下であること
を特徴とする請求項9〜11のいずれか一つに記載の焼成治具。 - 前記多孔質セラミックスは、
平均気孔径が10μm〜300μmであること
を特徴とする請求項9〜12のいずれか一つに記載の焼成治具。
