Description
− 少なくとも2つの中空プロファイル(中空成形材)であって、該中空プロファイルの一方の側に少なくとも2つのウェブを備えた中空プロファイルと、
− 前記中空プロファイルに載設配置されている少なくとも1つのセラミックの板と、
を有する棚システムにおいて、
前記中空プロファイルと前記セラミックの板とが、前記ウェブの範囲でのみ互いに接触している、
ことを特徴とする棚システムを包含する。
本発明による中空プロファイル4とセラミックの板1とから成る棚システム7を、1500℃の温度、最大温度での10hの保持時間および75hの全焼成サイクルでの焼成過程において焼成用窯道具としてテストした。本発明による中空プロファイル4とセラミックの板1との接触面は、ウェブ2とウェブ5とが互いに対して傾けられて延在していることにより、減少されて、点状の載置が得られる。

Claims (13)
- 焼成用窯道具としての高温使用のための棚システム(7)であって、
少なくとも2つの中空プロファイル(4)であって、該中空プロファイル(4)の片側に少なくとも2つのウェブ(5)を備えた中空プロファイル(4)と、
セラミックの板(1)であって、複数の開口(3)を備えた格子板と、該格子板から隆起するように該セラミックの板(1)の上側および下側に形成されるウェブ(2)と、を有するセラミックの板(1)と、を備え、
前記セラミックの板(1)が前記中空プロファイル(4)上に載置されており、前記ウェブ(2)が、上側および下側で丸み付けされており、前記セラミックの板(1)に載置される焼成品との点状の接触面を形成しており、
前記中空プロファイル(4)に設けられた前記ウェブ(5)と、前記セラミックの板(1)に設けられた前記ウェブ(2)とが、互いに点状に接触していることを特徴とする、棚システム(7)。 - 前記セラミックの板(1)の前記ウェブ(2)の曲率半径が、1mm〜20mmである、請求項1記載の棚システム(7)。
- 前記セラミックの板(1)に載置される焼成品との前記点状の接触面の最大面積が、3mm2である、請求項1または2記載の棚システム(7)。
- 前記セラミックの板(1)を板の面に対して垂直方向から見たとき、前記ウェブ(2)の最も広幅の箇所の長さが、5mm〜20mmである、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の棚システム(7)。
- 前記セラミックの板(1)の前記格子板の格子は、該セラミックの板(1)の対角線方向に配置されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の棚システム(7)。
- 前記セラミックの板(1)の前記格子板は、各開口(3)の輪郭を菱形に画定している、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の棚システム(7)。
- 前記セラミックの板(1)が、2×2個〜100×100個の前記開口(3)を有する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の棚システム(7)。
- 前記セラミックの板(1)が、5mm〜20mmの厚さDおよび/または500mm〜700mmの幅Bを有する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の棚システム(7)。
- 前記中空プロファイル(4)に設けられた前記ウェブ(5)と、前記セラミックの板(1)に設けられた前記ウェブ(2)との間の点状の接触面の最大面積が、3mm2である、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の棚システム(7)。
- 前記中空プロファイル(4)に設けられた前記ウェブ(5)が、前記中空プロファイル(4)本体から少なくとも1mmだけ突出している、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の棚システム(7)。
- 前記中空プロファイル(4)に設けられた前記ウェブ(5)が、前記中空プロファイル(4)の上側と下側とに配置されている、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の棚システム(7)。
- 前記中空プロファイル(4)に設けられた前記ウェブ(5)が、前記中空プロファイル(4)の全幅に沿って配置されている、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の棚システム(7)。
- 前記セラミックの板(1)および/または前記中空プロファイル(4)が、再結晶炭化ケイ素(RSiC)、窒化物結合炭化ケイ素(NSiC)、反応結合シリコン含浸炭化ケイ素(SiSiC)、密に焼結された炭化ケイ素(SSiC)および/またはこれらの混合物を含有している、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の棚システム(7)。
