Description
吸着材と、

前記金属の粒子が、金、銀、プラチナ、銅、または、それらの混合物から選択される、光がなくとも殺菌効果を有する殺菌剤により達成される。
TiO2の粉末(粒子径10μm〜50μm)と銀の粉末(粒子径1μm〜50μm)とを重量比100:10で熱結合したものを準備した。
実施例1の粒子をステンレスのプレート上にコーティングしたものを準備した。
実施例1、即ち、熱結合したTiO2と銀との粒子を、熱結合を施していないTiO2と銀との粒子に取り換えた。その他の条件は実施例1と比較例1とで全く同一とした。
実施例1、即ち、熱結合したTiO2と銀との粒子を、熱結合を施していないTiO2のみに取り換えた。その他の条件は実施例1と比較例2とで全く同一とした。
実施例2のステンレスプレートの上にコーティングした熱結合TiO2銀を、銀と亜鉛ゼオライトに取り換えた。その他の条件は実施例2と比較例3とで全く同一とした。
Claims (26)
- 金属の粒子と二酸化チタンからなるセラミックの粒子とからなり、両粒子の一方の粒子と他方の粒子とが互いに内部にくいこむような結合をした金属−セラミック結合体粒子と、
吸着材と、
の混合物よりなり、
前記金属の粒子が、金、銀、プラチナ、銅、または、それらの混合物から選択される、光がなくとも殺菌効果を有する殺菌剤。 - 前記吸着材がハイドロキシアパタイトである、請求項1に記載の殺菌剤。
- 前記殺菌剤が黄色ブドウ菌に供された際の少なくとも3時間後の黄色ブドウ球菌の減少量は、銀−亜鉛ゼオライトが黄色ブドウ球菌に供された際の同じ時間後の黄色ブドウ球菌の減少量よりも大きい、請求項1または2のいずれかに記載の殺菌剤。
- 前記金属の粒子の粒子径が0.3〜100マイクロメートルの大きさである、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の殺菌剤。
- 前記金属の粒子の粒子径が0.3〜50マイクロメートルである、請求項4に記載の殺菌剤。
- 前記粒子の含有割合が、質量基準で、前記金属が0.1〜10%、二酸化チタンが90〜99.9%である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の殺菌剤。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の殺菌剤が溶液と混合されたスラリー状殺菌分散体。
- 前記溶液が人体の表面に使用でき、無毒である、請求項7に記載のスラリー状殺菌分散体。
- 織布または不織布または紙のいずれかの繊維、木、プラスチック、金属、セラミックス、
織布、不織布、紙、木、プラスチック、金属及びセラミックスのいずれか二以上からなる複合物、
塗料、樹脂フィルム、水、洗浄液、エアーフィルター、並びに、プリント用インクのいずれか一つに供される請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の殺菌剤を含んでなる、殺菌材料。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の殺菌剤を含む塗料を、室内で使用される住宅資材の表面に適用することを含む、表面殺菌方法。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の殺菌剤を、織布または不織布の繊維中に含浸することを含む、繊維に殺菌効果を付与する方法。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の殺菌剤を、織布または不織布の繊維表面に塗布することを含む、繊維に殺菌効果を付与する方法。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の殺菌剤を含む樹脂フィルムを、室内で使用される住宅資材の表面に適用することを含む、表面殺菌方法。
- 布シーツ、布枕カバー、タオル、ウォッシュクローズ、カーテンのいずれかに供された請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の殺菌剤を含んでなる、殺菌リネン。
- 請求項1〜6のいずか一項に記載の殺菌剤を含んだ材料。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の殺菌剤を含んだ製品。
- 絆創膏、軟膏、ガーゼ、カテーテル、および内視鏡のいずれか一つに供される、請求項15に記載の材料。
- 飲料水、雨水、温泉、クーリングタワーのいずれか一つに供される、請求項15に記載の材料。
- 水耕栽培、土壌改良、野菜洗浄、食品保存、食品防腐のいずれか一つに供される、請求項15に記載の材料。
- 壁紙、天井材、床のいずれか一つに供される、請求項15に記載の材料。
- 織布または不織布または紙のいずれかの繊維、木、プラスチック、金属、セラミックス、
織布、不織布、紙、木、プラスチック、金属及びセラミックスのいずれか二以上からなる複合物、
塗料、樹脂フィルム、水、洗浄液、エアーフィルター、並びに、プリント用インクのいずれか一つに供される、請求項1〜6のいずか一項に記載の殺菌剤。 - 前記殺菌剤が黄色ブドウ菌または大腸菌に供された際の少なくとも4時間後の黄色ブドウ球菌または大腸菌の減少割合(%)が両粒子の一方の粒子と他方の粒子とが互いに内部にくいこむような結合をしていない金属の粒子及び二酸化チタンの粒子あるいは二酸化チタンの粒子単独で黄色ブドウ球菌または大腸菌に供された際の同じ時間後の黄色ブドウ球菌または大腸菌の減少割合(%)よりも大きい、請求項1〜6のいずか一項に記載の殺菌剤。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の殺菌剤を製造する方法であって、
(1)高温に維持されたゾーンを通過させる工程、
(2)ボールミルの使用を通して互いに加圧する工程、
(3)ボールミル、高温ローラー及び高温超音波圧着法のいずれかの使用を通して加熱と互いに加圧する操作とを同時に行う工程、
からなる群より選択される工程によって、前記金属−セラミック結合体粒子を形成し、
前記金属−セラミック結合体粒子を吸着材と混合することからなる製造方法。 - 請求項23に記載の製造方法であって、前記(1)の高温に維持されたゾーンは約2,900℃である製造方法。
- 請求項23に記載の製造方法であって前記(2)又は前記(3)のボールミルが、アルミナまたはジルコニウム、およびそれらの混合物からなる群より選択された材料から作製された硬質球状粒子である製造方法。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の殺菌剤を含んだシステムを用いた人体以外に適用される殺菌方法であって、
前記殺菌剤以外の他の薬剤を用いて殺菌する第1の工程と、
第1の工程の後に、前記殺菌剤を用いて殺菌する第2の工程と、
を含む殺菌方法。
