Claims (5)
- 生体物質(5)のコンテナを一つのみ備える搬送装置(2)の一時停留ステーション(1)であって、
前記ステーション(1)は、施設の自動化システム(4)とインターフェース接続されており、
前記搬送装置(2)の送出レーン(32)を少なくとも一つ有するコンベアベルト(3)を備え、
前記送出レーン(32)において、前記搬送装置(2)の列をステーション(1)に配し、前記搬送装置(2)を一台ずつ放出するよう構成された停止ゲート(16a)を備え、
前記搬送装置(2)は、前記送出レーン(32)に沿って、モータ駆動ベルト(9)に取り付けられたダイバータ(8)へと送出レーン(32)に対して平行に移動し、移動開始位置から移動終了位置まで、一方の方向又は他方の方向で、前記ダイバータ(8)を移動させるよう構成され、
ダイバータ(8)の前記移動は、停止ゲート(16a)による前記搬送装置(2)の一台ずつの放出とタイミングが合わせられ、
前記ダイバータ(8)は、前記搬送装置(2)を、モータ駆動ベルト(9)に垂直方向に移動可能な主コンベアベルト(11)に沿って迂回させるよう構成され、
前記主コンベアベルト(11)は、ヘッドベルト(12)上へ、前記搬送装置(2)を搬送するよう構成され、
前記搬送装置(2)は、ヘッドベルト(12)上と主コンベアベルト(11)上に整列されて集積され、
前記ヘッドベルト(12)は、前記主コンベアベルト(11)に垂直に摺動し、前記主コンベアベルト(11)に対して平行で、逆方向に摺動するリターンベルト(13)上で前記搬送装置(2)を搬送し、コンベアベルト(3)の送出レーン(32)上に前記搬送装置(2)を戻すよう構成されていることを特徴とする、一時停留ステーション。 - 前記主コンベアベルト(11)は、前記ヘッドベルト(12)において整列され集積された前記搬送装置(2)の解放のため、動作方向を逆転させることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のステーション(1)。
- 前記主コンベアベルト(11)及び前記ヘッドベルト(12)が交互に作動することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のステーション(1)。
- 前記ダイバータ(8)を起動して移動させ、前記主コンベアベルト(11)全体の搭載を検出するよう構成された主センサ(14)と、前記リターンベルト(13)全体の搭載を検出するよう構成されたリターンセンサ(15)とを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のステーション(1)。
- 前記ステーション(1)内または前記ステーション(1)からの前記搬送装置(2)の停留及び/又は取出し操作を駆動し、前記ベルト(11,12、13)の移動を駆動するよう構成された前記自動化システム(4)の中央制御装置(60)により駆動されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のステーション(1)。
