温度−30℃でISO試験No.179-1に従って測定して、約8kJ/m2を超えるノッチ付きシャルピー衝撃強さ;
温度23℃及び試験速度5mm/分でISO試験No.527に従って測定して約30MPaを超える引張破断応力;
温度約40℃で強酸溶液に約500時間暴露した後に、23℃でISO試験No.179-1に従って測定したシャルピーノッチ付き衝撃強さの減少が約17%未満;
温度約80℃で強酸溶液に約500時間暴露した後に、23℃でISO試験No.179-1に従って測定したシャルピーノッチ付き衝撃強さの減少が約25%未満;
温度23℃及び試験速度5mm/分でISO試験No.527に従って測定して約25%を超える引張破断歪み;
約1000ppm未満のハロゲン含有量;
0.2ミリメートルの厚さでV-0燃焼性規格を満たす;または
SAE試験法NO.J2665に従って測定して約3g-mm/m2-日未満の燃料または燃料源に対する透過抵抗(permeation resistance)を示す、
の一つ以上を有する、[1]に記載のフローライン。

前記フローラインが接着された若しくは接着されていない多層フローライン、ライザー、束ねられたフローライン、支持流体フローライン、またはパイプ-イン-パイプである、[1]または[2]に記載のフローライン。

前記多層フローラインが、前記ポリアリーレンスルフィド組成物から成形されたバリヤー層を含む、及び/または前記ポリアリーレンスルフィド組成物を含む多層を含む、[3]に記載のフローライン。

- 石油及び/またはガス生産用のフローラインに用いるポリアリーレンスルフィド組成物であって:
線状ポリアリーレンスルフィド;及び
エポキシ官能基化されたコポリマーと非ポリマー性多官能性カルボン酸とが架橋されてなる耐衝撃性改良剤であって、前記耐衝撃性改良剤のエポキシ官能基と前記非ポリマー性多官能性カルボン酸との反応生成物を含む、前記耐衝撃性改良剤
を含み、
前記組成物は、温度23℃及び速度50mm/分で、ISO試験No.527に従って測定して、50%以上の破断点引張伸びを示す、
前記ポリアリーレンスルフィド組成物。 - 前記ポリアリーレンスルフィド組成物が、以下の特性:
温度23℃及び速度5mm/分で、ISO試験No.527に従って測定して、約4.5%を超える降伏点伸び;
温度23℃及び速度5mm/分でISO試験No.527に従って測定して約3000MPa未満の引張弾性率;
温度23℃及び速度5mm/分でISO試験NO.527に従って測定して約7%を超える降伏点伸び;

前記溶融加工装置に前記エポキシ官能基化されたコポリマーを供給する工程であって、前記溶融加工装置における前記ポリアリーレンスルフィドと前記エポキシ官能基化されたコポリマーは、前記エポキシ官能基化されたコポリマーが前記ポリアリーレンスルフィドの中にくまなく分布されるように混合する、前記工程;
前記溶融加工装置に前記非ポリマー性多官能性カルボン酸を供給する工程であって、前記非ポリマー性多官能性カルボン酸は、前記エポキシ官能基化されたコポリマーを前記ポリアリーレンスルフィドの中にくまなく分布させた後に、溶融加工装置に供給される、前記工程
を含む、前記方法。 - 前記溶融加工装置に前記非ポリマー性多官能性カルボン酸を供給する工程が、0.1wt%〜35wt%の前記エポキシ官能基化されたコポリマー及び0.1wt%〜1.3wt%の前記非ポリマー性多官能性カルボン酸を含む組成物を形成する、請求項10に記載の方法。
