Description

Claims (10)
- 主回転軸(10)に沿って連続して配置され、それぞれが1つの太陽歯車(P11,P21,P31,P41)と1つの遊星キャリヤ(P12,P22,P32,P42)と1つのリングギア(P13,P23,P33,P43)とを有する第一の遊星変速段(P1)、第二の遊星変速段(P2)、第三の遊星変速段(P3)および第四の遊星変速段(P4)の少なくとも4つの遊星変速段(P1,P2,P3,P4)を備えた多段式変速装置であって、
前記第二の遊星変速段(P2)の前記太陽歯車(P21)と前記第三の遊星変速段(P3)の前記リングギア(P33)とを互いに軸支する軸受(L1)を備え、
少なくとも1つの接続要素(S21)と、該接続要素(S21)及び前記第二の遊星変速段(P2)の前記太陽歯車(P21)を永久的に回転不能に互いに接続し、前記軸受(L1)のための入口側の軸受支持要素を形成する中間軸(16)とを有する切替ユニット(S2)を備える
ことを特徴とする、多段式変速装置。 - 永久的に回転不能に前記第三の遊星変速段(P3)の前記リングギア(P33)と接続され、前記軸受(L1)のための出口側の軸受支持要素を形成する支持要素(18)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の多段式変速装置。
- 前記第二の遊星変速段(P2)の前記太陽歯車(P21)と前記第二の遊星変速段(P2)の前記遊星キャリヤ(P22)とを互いに軸支する第二の軸受(L2)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の多段式変速装置。
- 前記第一の遊星変速段(P1)の前記リングギア(P13)と前記第二の遊星変速段(P2)の前記遊星キャリヤ(P22)とを永久的に回転不能に互いに接続し、前記第二の軸受(L2)のための入口側の軸受支持要素を形成する中間軸(15)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の多段式変速装置。
- 前記接続要素(S21)と前記第二の遊星変速段(P2)の前記太陽歯車(P21)とを永久的に回転不能に互いに接続する前記中間軸(16)が、前記第二の軸受(L2)のための出口側の軸受支持要素を形成することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の多段式変速装置。
- 前記第三の遊星変速段(P3)の前記リングギア(P33)と前記第三の遊星変速段(P3)の前記遊星キャリヤ(P32)を互いに軸支する第三の軸受(L3)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の多段式変速装置。
- 前記第三の遊星変速段(P3)の前記遊星キャリヤ(P32)と少なくとも1つの接続要素(S62)とを永久的に回転不能に互いに接続し、前記第三の軸受(L3)のための出口側の軸受支持要素を形成する前記変速装置出力軸(12)と、前記接続要素(S62)とを有するさらなる切替ユニット(S6)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の多段式変速装置。
- 永久的に回転不能に前記第三の遊星変速段(P3)の前記リングギア(P33)と接続された前記支持要素(18)が、前記第三の軸受(L3)のための入口側の軸受支持要素を形成することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の多段式変速装置。
- 少なくとも、前記第二の遊星変速段(P2)の前記太陽歯車(P21)と前記第三の遊星変速段(P3)の前記リングギア(P33)とを互いに軸支する前記軸受(L1)が、前記第二の遊星変速段(P2)の前記リングギア(P23)の内径の内部、及び/又は前記第三の遊星変速段(P3)の前記リングギア(P33)の内径の内部に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の多段式変速装置。
- 前記第一の軸受(L1)、前記第二の軸受(L2)、及び第三の軸受(L3)が軸方向に互いに直接隣接して配置されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の多段式変速装置。
